Hulk annual #18 – Hulk vs. Rhino X
Much to my chagrin I include again this "fight". A group of villains attack Hulk and Thing as they arm wrestle. Their concentration is so great that they don't even notice the attacks. The villains destroy the whole bar with an atomic bomb.
WINNER: None (save a moral victory for Hulk), SCORE: remains Hulk 4, Rhino 1
Cage #10- Hulk vs. Rhino XI
The Rhino and Luke Cage are both set up by the same crooked Guardsman, but Hulk helps Cage and Rhino get cleared. Luke Cage wants to offer Rhino a chance to turn himself in quietly, but Rhino refuses. Cage and Hulk take Rhino down. No "official" win for Hulk as I doubt he would count it as a win, but clearly Hulk has distanced himself from Rhino as a serious threat.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #398- Hulk vs. Riot Squad II
The Leader sends out the Riot Squad and the U-Foes against the Hulk and the Pantheon in an attempt to reach Agammemnon. Though he has the Pantheon's help clearly this is a win for the Hulk after telling the Pantheon to back off. Leader gets what he wants, but seeing as how it turns out it could hardly be called a victory for the bad guys.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #400- Hulk vs. Leader XXX
Leader wanted Agamemmnon's help against the Hydra. The help Aggy sent was the Hulk. Hulk barged in. After freaking out Hulk stops the experiment where Leader is trying to restore Marlo back to life. He hits the Leader and then uses him as a shield against Redeemer's bullets. Oh and incidentally Hulk goes a big win over Soul Man...he accidentally kills him in the rampage.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #406- Hulk vs. Doc Samson XVI
Doc Samson is going to confront the Hulk about never showing up for therapy when he finds Hulk pounding on Captain America for trying to take Marlo away from Rick so that she can go back with her family. Fortunately, the point becomes moot when Marlo wakes from her coma.
WINNER: None, SCORE: remains Hulk 8, Samson 2
