Tales to Astonish #72-73- Hulk vs. Leader IX
The Hulk recovers from the effects of Leader's gas faster than Leader anticipated. Hulk gets up and starts to look around. Statues within the Leader's base are actually humanoids in disguise. They attack the already weakened Hulk. Hulk goes down. Fortunately for Hulk the Leader happens by and stops his humanoids from killing Hulk. Leader also takes this time to dissolve the bullet that has wedged itself in Hulk's brain. Hulk owes Leader his life.
WINNER: Leader, in more ways than one. Hulk 3, Leader 3

Tales to Astonish #74- Hulk vs. Leader X
Because the Leader gets "on principal" victories so does the Hulk. Hulk's only role in the Leader's defeat was the fact that he handed the Ultimate Machine to Leader. Leader puts it on his head to learn the secrets of the universe and drops dead. This also ends Hulk's life debt that he owes to the Leader for removing the bullet in his head.

vs. Abomination I
Bruce Banner was trying to kill himself with a lethal dosage of gamma radiation. Emil Blonsky exposes himself to the rays when Banner is dragged off by the MP's. Bruce turns into the Hulk when he sees the Abomination. Abomination beats the living $#!% out of the Hulk, killing him. Abomination takes Betty as a hostage and leaves.

Tales to Astonish #91- Hulk vs. Abomination II
After Ross has the army restart the Hulk with gamma electrodes, Bruce Banner figures out a way to draw Abomination back as if by a gamma magnet. Bruce also finds a way to drain the Abomination's strength, however Bruce hulks out before he can turn the Abomination back to normal. Hulk rushes out and beats the snot out of Abomination. The Stranger calls the fight and takes Abomination away with him.
