Hulk #10- Hulk vs. Tyrannus I
Tyranus has found a way to steal the Hulk's gamma radiation. He manages to steal half of it before Hulk's new friend breaks the machine. The two of them fight until the Subterraneans, that Tyrannus treats as slaves liberate themselves and take all the gamma power into themselves.

Hulk #11- Hulk vs. Samson XXII
Bruce Banner reclaims his gamma radiation and transforms into the Savage Hulk. Samson doesn't want him to go, but Hulk smacks Samson around and smashes him with the machine Tyrannus was using to steal his powers.

Incredible Hulk vol. 3 #14- Hulk vs. Dogs of War I
General John Ryker wants to test the Hulk. He sends out some attack dogs that the government treated with gamma radiations. Hulk says that the dogs are bad and proceeds to discipline them.

Incredible Hulk vol. 3 #17- Hulk vs. Flux I
Another of Ryker's tests is a young man named Benny Tibbets. Benny has been told a lie. Ryker has told Benny that his platoon was exposed to gamma radiation by the enemy who was sold the secrets by Bruce Banner. The Professor pretty much confirms what Benny, now Flux, had long suspected- that Ryker himself exposed he and his whole platoon to gamma radiation.
