Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #104- Hulk vs. Rhino I
The guys that originally gave Rhino his suit renew their partnership.Rhino is treated with gamma radiation that interacts with his suit. Rhino's employers want Bruce Banner for his knowledge of gamma radiation, but they tell Rhino that he has to be prepared to fight the Hulk. For a time the fight is pretty even, but Hulk eventually gets the upper hand. Rhino refuses to give up. Hulk hits Rhino with a truck that explodes, but still Rhino won't quit. Hulk eventually wins when Rhino passes out.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #115-116- Hulk vs. Leader XI
The United States Army has the Hulk defeated, but they don't really know what to do with him. The Leader appears and because he was legally dead his crimes have been absolved. The Leader has the Hulk brought inside his plasti-thene cage. No matter how hard Hulk hits the cage the cage simply redirects the power back at Hulk in the form of vibrations that hurt Hulk's head. Hulk might still be in the cage if it weren't for Betty letting Hulk out.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #116-117- Hulk vs. Leader XII
When Hulk confronts the Leader and his Super-Humanoid the Leader quickly encases Hulk in another, though smaller, plasti-thene cage. Leader says that it is just as effective as the larger version, but I can't see how that is the case since there is no shockwaves in the smaller version. Hulk eventually breaks free.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #117- Hulk vs. Leader XIII
When Hulk gets out of the smaller plasti-thene cage he and the Super-Humanoid are teleported away to fight on an island. Hulk eventually wins and throws the Super-Humanoid into a volcano. Hulk returns and sends the missile that the Leader launched off course.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #123- Hulk vs. Leader XIV
The mind of Bruce Banner now controls the body of the Hulk. The Leader has just stolen the Murder Module as Bruce Banner is personally transporting it. Bruce turns into the Hulk to stop the Leader, but because he has to save driver first Leader gets into the Module. Bruce isn't so sucessful, but when he slips into his savage persona he destroys the Murder Module. Hulk is about to kill the Leader when Bruce exerts himself and takes control of the Hulk's body once again.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #124- Hulk vs. Leader XV, - Hulk vs. Rhino II
Bruce Banner is going to wed Betty Banner now that he has control of the Hulk. The Leader wants his revenge, and he recruits the Rhino to assist him. Leader has the Super-Humanoid get the comatose Rhino for him. Leader bombards the Rhino with even more gamma rays, and then awakens him from his coma with a mental bolt. At the wedding Leader causes the Savage Hulk to re-emerge. The Rhino is over zealous and jumps in to fight the Hulk. Rhino is accidentally hit with a shot from Leader's gun. Leader and Rhino start to fight and Leader's ship explodes.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #136-137 - Hulk vs. Abomination III
The Hulk is taken aboard a space ship that the Abomination is the first mate of. The two of them are going back and forth until Xeron the Star Slayer knocks out the Hulk with his harpoon.
