Defenders #42- Hulk vs. Rhino VII
The Hulk gets to take a poke at Rhino, and the Rhino is on the losing side, but he leaves more because his team realizes that the reason they came there isn't there.

Rampaging Hulk #2- Hulk vs. Ravage I
Ravage is one of Bruce's old professors transformed by the Hulk's genetic template (think The Fly). Bruce wants to stop the transformation, but Professor Crawford is really against it. When he turns into Ravage he attacks the Hulk (since Bruce freaked out). Ravage beats Hulk unconscious and breaks his neck.

Rampaging Hulk #3- Hulk vs. Ravage II
General Ross cuts a deal with Banner to help him stop Ravage. Ravage happens by as Banner and Ross are within Crawford's lab. Bruce hulks out and the fight starts again. Hulk is winning the fight, but the building starts to collapse. Hulk grabs Ross and leaps outside. When Ravage follows Ross' men freeze Ravage with a machine designed to stop the Hulk.
WINNER: None, Hulk would have one if not for Ross, SCORE: remains Ravage 1, Hulk 0
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #218- Doc Samson vs. Rhino I
The Rhino knocks over a train and steals the object he came for. Rhino knocks down Samson and leaves. Samson wants to chase down the Rhino, but he stays to help the injured passengers.
WINNER: Rhino (a bit of a cheap, but he did what he wanted). SCORE: Rhino 1, Samson 0
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #218- Doc Samson vs. Rhino II
Samson catches up with the Rhino and the fight starts over. Samson is laying Rhino out, but Rhino winds up falling down a well.
WINNER: Samson, SCORE: Samson 1, Rhino 1
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #223- Samson vs. Leader II
Samson unknowingly brought a reverted Samuel Sterns onto Gamma Base. Sam follows the Leader's subliminal suggestions and transforms himself back into the Leader. The Leader takes over Gamma Base. When Samson finds Leader, Leader blasts him unconscious.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #224- Samson vs. Leader III
Samson breaks out of Leader's restraints, and tries to attack Leader. Leader, however, gave Samson some subliminal suggestions of his own. Samson collapses to his knees, and Leader gives him a smack for the trouble.
WINNER: Leader, SCORE: Leader 2, Samson 0
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #225- Hulk vs. Samson IV
Samson can't leave the building because of Leader's subliminal suggestions. He antagonizes the Hulk into knocking him out of the building. Hulk keeps fighting with Samson until he realizes that the Leader is the true threat.
WINNER: None, SCORE: remains Hulk 2, Samson 1
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #225- Samson vs. Leader IV
Samson tries again, but again to no avail. Samson collapses before the Leader's commands.
