While Samson was out Bruce Banner was inside the Hulk's mind causing him to see opponents that weren't there. Doc Samson takes a hint and poses himself as one of the illusions. Hulk thinks he has figured out the game and won't fight Samson. One sucker punch later and Samson is up a win.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #317- Hulk vs. Doc Samson XI
After separating the Hulk and Bruce Banner, Samson set a brainless Hulk free upon the world. He has vowed to bring the Hulk down. Samson manages to stick it out one on one with the Hulk until a nosy reporter in injured by Hulk's rampaging.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #319- Hulk vs. Doc Samson XII
Hulk is fighting both Doc Samson and the Hulkbusters. He handles both, and when he throws Doc Samson into a church he gets bored because he has no competition.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #320-321- Hulk vs. Doc Samson XIII
The final showdown between the Nutrient Bath Hulk and Samson. Hulk smashes Samson through the Hulkbusters equipment. Samson, the man obsessed, finally goes down and out- and then the Hulk starts using him as a battering ram.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #321-322- Hulk vs. She-Hulk I
The heroes of the world have had enough and Hulk fights both coasts of the Avengers and the She-Hulk. Being separated from Banner finally starts to affect the Hulk. He weakens and the Avengers and She-Hulk put him down.
WINNER: Well not the Hulk, but She-Hulk is but a small part of the victory, SCORE: Hulk 0, She-Hulk 0
Hulk annual #15- Hulk vs. Abomination XII
The Abomination has returned from space with the mind of Tyrannus. Tyrannus wants a less grotesque body, and wants Bruce to separate him into the body of Emil Blonsky. Bruce needs convincing so the Abomination knocks him out and takes Betty.
WINNER: Abomination, SCORE: Hulk 6, Abomination 3
Hulk annual #15- Hulk vs. Abomination XIII
The old adage goes "the madder Hulk gets, the stronger Hulk gets". Taking Betty proves to be enough feul to get the Hulk angry enough to come from a position of lesser power. Hulk knocks Abomination out.
