When Hank Pym notices that everyone in Kalkhimithia has been forced to transform with the Hulk's transformation. The Avengers put Hulk up on the monster's head, and with the help of the Scarlet Witch's hex Hulk manages to take over the communal mind and force all the residents of Kalkhimithia out.
