Incredible Hulk vol. 3 #106- She-Hulk vs. Doc Samson I
She-Hulk had temporarily lost her powers because of Tony Stark. Amadeus Cho gave them back to her. Doc Samson was there to apprehend Cho, but Cho had planned for it and used it as a chance to show She-Hulk what those who would oppose the Hulk would stoop to. Thinking Cho wounded She-Hulk freaked and smacked Samson into the next state.
