The Harpy
Betty Ross
Talbot was the Harpy. In an enraged and confused state of mind
Betty made an agreement with M.O.D.O.K. to be transformed into
the Harpy. She was pretty much angry with everyone and
everything. Because of her life surrounding Bruce Banner and his
gamma radiation experiments, Betty had built up a tolerance to
gamma radiation. Because of this M.O.D.O.K. was able to give
Betty a much more intense dosage of gamma radiation than Bruce
Banner received when he was transformed into the Hulk. Harpy is
one of the few people in the Marvel Universe with an undefeated
record against the Hulk.

After a
night of heavy drinking Betty awakens and thinks she is once
again turning into the Harpy. Actually she and Marlo were so
drunk they accidentally used a cleaner, instead of hair dye, to
dye Betty's hair.
