Hulk chronology continued........
Captain America #398- behind the scenes- Rick Jones is awakened by a dream of the Kree’s homeworld being blown up, and then watching Captain America turn into the Supreme Intelligence. Rick tries to wake Hulk up, but Hulk tells him to go away. Rick goes and talks to Delphi instead.
Hulk annual #18- (1st)- Hulk sits across the table from the Thing. The two of them start an arm wrestling match. Super-villains arrive and start trying to fight them, but the Hulk and Thing’s concentration is so total that they don’t notice. The villains pull back, and they drop a bomb on the bar. The bomb destroys the table so Hulk and Thing get up, and decide to do it another time.
Cage #9- Hulk visits Delphi as he hears that she has trouble forecasted for him. She gives some rhyming about Luke Cage and the Rhino. Later Delphi says that the problem will focus around Chicago. Hulk takes the Pantheon jet to Chicago.
Cage #10- Hulk, wearing a suit, hat, and sunglasses, sticks his head into the police window and asks for information on the Rhino. The cop offers no information, but says that a guy named Pascal had his partner killed by Cage. Pascal follows Hulk out. Hulk has the Pantheon check Cage’s bank withdrawals to find where he is. Hulk leaps off, and Pascal follows in his Guardsman suit. Hulk follows cage onto a train. Cage asks Hulk if he remembers his old friend “Fuzzy Hair”. He knocks Hulk off the train. Hulk pries open the doors. As Hulk and Cage argue they fall out of the train. Pascal blasts the ground they fall on. Hulk falls into a tunnel. Hulk tells Cage that this isn’t over. He claps his hand accidentally letting the Chicago River into the tunnel. Hulk is washed away. Later Cage is trying to surrender, but Pascal is a crooked cop and he needs to kill Cage. Pascal is still beating on Cage when the live television shows that Cage isn’t fighting back. Hulk arrives and saves Cage’s life. Hulk defeats Pascal. Cage strikes a deal to testify against Pascal. Cage offers the deal of immunity to Rhino if he just serves the rest of his time he was serving before Pascal framed them. Rhino declines and charges Cage. Cage trips Rhino, and when Rhino looks up Hulk knocks him out. Hulk and Cage hand Rhino over to the Guardsmen.
Infinity War #2- Hulk gets ticked as he is forced to wait for the other heroes to show at Four Freedom Plaza. When Daredevil exposes Richards and Iron Man as imposters Hulk hits Colossus and keeps brawling until the phony Richards activates the gamma bomb in the room and it explodes.
Fantastic Four #367- Hulk among the assembly of heroes at Four Freedom Plaza. When Daredevil exposes Richards and Iron Man as imposters Hulk starts brawling until the phony Richards activates the gamma bomb in the room and it explodes.
Alpha Flight #110- Hulk stands around with the other heroes.
Moon Knight #41- Hulk stands while Mr. Fantastic speaks. The fight erupts. Moon Knight dodges Hulk, Strong Guy, and Thing's punches.
Wonder Man #13- Sue Richards contains the explosion. Hulk sees Magus and Thanos (or so they think) take Richards and Iron Man away. Hulk is still among the heroes when the mystics arrive.
New Warriors #27- Hulk seen standing around with the other heroes as they prepare to go.
Fantastic Four #368- Sue Richards contains the explosion. Hulk sees Magus and Thanos (or so they think) take Richards and Iron Man away. Hulk needles the Thing on how Sue Storm was ordering him around. A fight almost breaks out until Speedball suggests an alternate way. We're not really sure Thing wins, but he WAS up two goals on table hockey when we last see them playing. The assembly later follows the trace left from when Magus and Thanos' doppelganger arrived.
Silver Sable and the Wild Pack #4- Hulk seen on television, carrying a defeated Spider-Man, telling the media to butt out.
Infinity War #3- Sue Richards contains the explosion. Hulk sees Magus and Thanos (or so they think) take Richards and Iron Man away. When they assemble mystics to trace them Hulk tried to contact Dr. Strange (who was with Galactus at the time). The assembly later follows the trace left from when Magus and Thanos' doppelganger arrived. They arrive at the same phony power source that Doom and Kang, Thanos, Warlock and the Infinity Watch came to.
Warlock and the Infinity Watch #8- Hulk and the other heroes teleport in to where Thanos and crew are.
Quasar #38- Hulk and the others teleport to the phony power source. Quasar puts up a protective shield around Thanos and the watch as Hulk and others leap to attack. As the shield is lowered Thanos blasts Hulk and the others. Quasar buffers the space as Thanos tries to bash Hulk and Thing's heads together.
Fantastic Four #369- The battle rages on. Hulk warns Sue Storm of Thanos' chair. Galactus comes by and places them all in a stasis and transport beam. Galactus imparts on Hulk and everyone everything that has happened so far. They decide that the best way to deal with Magus is to reform the Infinity Gauntlet and have Warlock reabsorb him. The gauntlet is dead however because of the Living Tribunal's ruling. As soon as Galactus goes to appeal to LT, Magus and Thanos' double grab Warlock and the gauntlet.

Fantastic Four #369- Sue Storms merged with her Malice identity- so when Hulk rips on her she uses her force field to hurtle him through a machine. Hulk is so impressed he decides to "cut her some slack". Thanos tells everyone Magus is taking over the Milky Way right now.
Quasar #39- Hulk stands around while Quasar decides what to do with the Ultimate Nullifier.
Infinity War #5- Hulk seen lugging machines around. Hulk and the others go through the dimensional gateway to fight their doppelgangers. The gauntlet is activated by Eternity as Magus is wearing it. Magus captures Warlock and dissipates Quasar. He now holds the Ultimate Nullifier

Fantastic Four #370- For some reason while all the other heroes are fighting dopplegangers Hulk seems to be fighting Thing (unless Hulk's doppelganger grew hair). When Warlock touches Magus' hand with the Gauntlet reality warps and Hulk and the other heroes are transported back to Galactus' ship.

Hulk annual #18- (4th)- After Rick sings the song “Nobody Loves the Hulk” Hulk comes up on stage and tells Rick that it will never play in Peoria. In fact he says that it had better not play in Peoria.
Hulk annual #18- (2nd)- Hulk is trying on some clothes when Rick is out fighting a demon looking creature at the fountain. Rick’s electric guitar hits the water and electrocutes the water. Hulk pulls him free, and the monster turns into a beautiful naked women. When Rick gets up he is possessed by the consciousness of Namor. Later Rick is back to normal and asks if Hulk is kidding that he spoke like Namor. Hulk says he was just as snotty as Namor. Suddenly Namor is back. He asks why his hair to so scraggly. Hulk calls Dr. Strange. Strange checks on the girl at the hospital. He finds that the new book “Spelling Made Easy” was responsible for turning her into the demon. He says that Namor may have trouble maintaining his personality in Rick’s body. Namor says his personality is intact, but then realizes that he just ate half a bag of potato chips. Strange takes from Namor’s memory that his mind was separated from his body. Hulk asks why someone would steal Namor’s body. Suddenly Namor/Rick remembers that Marlo was reading that book. Hulk breaks down the door, but Marlo is already transformed into a winged monster. Hulk says the phone is off the hook, and he tried to call. Marlo flies off into the storm, but Rick/Namor grabs onto her. Hulk leaps up and saves Rick/Namor from falling. Hulk grabs “Marlo’s” foot and slams her against the ground. He says he doesn’t want to hit her, but as he pulls back another winged monster (Paris of the Pantheon) hits him from behind. Hulk takes a metal car and twists it into a pole. He leaps up to the monsters and holds them. Finally lightning strikes the car and transforms the monsters back into Marlo and Paris. Hulk can’t hear so when Strange says a reunion is in the cards for the Defenders Hulk says, “Absolutely…what did you say?”
Namor annual #2- Hulk, Strange, and Namor teleport outside Pan-Dimensional Publishing. All appears quiet, but Hulk finds a bloody guards hat. Rick/Namor says the publishers are on the top floors. Hulk goes to push the elevator button, but Rick/Namor stops him. Hulk says he would smash his face if it wasn’t Rick’s. Strange says they should go up quietly, but Hulk says he is still taking the elevator. He rips the doors open and climbs. They’re supposed to check alternate floors out to be sure nothing is missed. Later as Hulk climbs the walls he mumbles that he has ruined his new shoes. He thinks how he’ll make Namor buy him some before he gives him his body back. Hulk smashes the door down, and sees that the floor he is supposed to check is a gym. Hulk hears some weights moving around, and he thinks that it’s nice at least one person is up early working out. Hulk turns the corner to see a giant blue muscle bound monster. The monster throws a giant barbell into Hulk’s face. Rick/Namor comes running when he hears the fight. He is almost crushed by a flying nautilus machine. Hulk laughs at Namor’s vulnerability. The blue guy crashes through the wall. Hulk goes to fight it, but Namor forgets he is in Rick’s body and gets smacked through a wall and into a pool. Debris pins Namor down, and he thinks of the irony of him drowning. Neptune gives Rick’s body strength and the ability to breathe water while Namor is in it. Namor emerges from the pool and kicks the blue guy down with the help of a Hulk punch. They find Dr. Strange being threatened by a demonic nurse. They knock her out, and Strange reminds them that these are real people but altered. They burst down the door to find Shanzar, sorcerer supreme from the Strange Matter dimension (from 370 and 371), is inhabiting the body of Namor. Shanzar says he has struck a deal to bring The Wild One into the flesh to conquer. Shanzar takes Rick/Namor, and holds Hulk and Strange in bonds. Shanzar leaves. Hulk gets free and smashes through the door, but he finds Shanzar must have been entering the Strange Matter dimension because he is no longer in the building. Hulk falls to the sidewalk outside. Hulk stands up and the Silver Surfer arrives.
Silver Surfer annual #5- Hulk listens as Surfer tells Strange about his dream. Strange says that it sounds like the coming of their enemy. Strange tells Surfer that the enemy’s servants have defeated them. Hulk says Namor owes him a shirt too. They have no idea where they went so Surfer makes a 3-second search of the entire Earth, but doesn’t see them. Hulk says that was impressive, useless, but impressive. Strange’s magic cannot track them so Hulk suggests contacting Delphi to see if she can help. Delphi touched the author of “Spelling Made Easy”, and so she can fins them. They take off for the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Hulk says that he needs a ride. Hulk sits on the back of Surfer’s board as Surfer plunges into the ocean. Strange gives them all the ability to breathe and communicate underwater. They swim to the bottom of the ocean and find a mystic bubble. While they beat on the bubble Shanzar charges a mystic knife with the cosmic power Surfer uses. They open the bubble for them to come in. Shanzar says that they are on the site where the Wild One will be freed. Wild One was imprisoned by Neptune and wants Namor kept alive to see his rebirth. Shanzar unleashes all the demons created by the book. Strange says they have no remnants of humanity left. Hulk enjoys smashing them. After the fight Shanzar takes the cosmic mystic knife and stabs Surfer in the stomach with it. They all rush to the surface. The Wild One emerges in a convertible car and drives to Hawaii. They follow him to witness him having a drink in a lounge chair.
Dr. Strange annual #2- Hulk and the others come upon the Wild One with Shanzar, Aster, and the locals have been transformed into demons. Wild One is activating all the volcanoes in Hawaii. As Rick/Namor fights Shanzar, Hulk and the others fight the demons. Strange says these demons still are possessed of their human sides. Shanzar’s magic knocks Rick back in control of his body. Hulk walks right through the demons toward Wild One. Wild One is blasting Strange. Hulk takes Surfer and throws him at Wild One. Surfer says he could’ve thrown his own body, but Hulk says he didn’t want to mess up his spandex. Wild One misses Hulk as he throws his car at him, but he hits all the Defenders as the car turns around and hits them. Hulk’s body lay limp, but his mental form wakes up in another dimension. Strange teleported them all there right before the car hit. Namor is in his body in this realm. Strange also transported Aster and Shanzar there. They decide to join up since Wild One never intended to honor his agreement. Wild One is stunned to see them alive. The Defenders go right over his head to try and contain the damage that Wild One is doing. Wild One zaps Namor, Hulk, Surfer, but when he blasts Strange, Strange turns into Aster. Aster expands into a universe. Wild One is sucked into the Strange Matter universe. Shanzar and the real Strange twist and crush Wild One. Shanzar turns on Strange, but the Defenders arrive to help. Hulk is the first to reach Shanzar and he smashes his face against the ground. Shanzar blasts them back. He says that if his realm is destroyed the Wild One will be free again. Shanzar calls a truce and the Defenders leave. They are back in Hawaii. Strange says that it was like the old days for a while there. Hulk says the Defenders are the best. He smacks Rick/Namor on the back, but finds it is only Rick as he collapses on the ground. Strange regrets Aster had to give his life. Hulk says that Aster was a scum. Hulk and Rick start leaping towards the airport.
Dr. Strange #50- Hulk is sitting at the Mount watching a tape of Terminator 2. The shiny T-2000 is on the screen when suddenly he is replaced by Dr. Strange. Strange says he needs Hulk’s help. Later at Strange’s house Hulk sits with Strange, Ghost Rider, and Silver Surfer. Strange explains that his powers are at an all-time low. Dormammu has gained vast power, kidnapped Clea, and taken over the Dark Dimension. Strange teleports them to the Dark Dimension. Waves of Mindless Ones rush them. Hulk charges into them. As they start to really stack up Hulk tells the others standing there that it won’t hurt his feeling if they actually help out. Dr. Strange sees something and mystically alters the Mindless Ones so that they just attack each other. They go to the door of Dormammu’s castle. A giant rocky monster says that no one may enter. Strange asks Hulk to smite him. Hulk sighs and says, “typecast again…oh all right. Hulk smite!” Surfer rescues Clea while Strange absorbs Ghost Rider’s mystical might. After Hulk defeats the monster he joins in with the others as they fight Dormammu’s physical presence while Strange’s astral form fights the inside. They knock down Dormammu and start congratulating themselves. Dormammu gets up and says that rule of the one dimension is beneath him. He disappears. Hulk says it sounds like a bruised ego to him. Strange returns them to Earth, but is then drained. Surfer offers to take Hulk back. Hulk says he has a movie to show Surfer if he has the time.
