Hulk vs. Spider-Man II- Amazing Spider-Man annual #3

The Avengers invite Spider-Man to join. They assign him the test of luring the Hulk back to their headquarters. Spider-Man fights the Hulk for a bit and realizes that he is out of his league. Spider-Man gets to know Hulk a bit during the fight and decides that he doesn't have the heart to keep hounding him.
