Hulk vs. Spider-Man XI- Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #349

Three cyborgs are having a fight. One of them hurts Marlo and Hulk wants her dead. Spider-Man is trying to break up their fight, but Hulk keeps him busy until the female cyborg is "dead". Hulk accomplishes his goal, but doesn't really "win". Spider-Man does much better against this version of the Hulk.
