Hulk vs. Spider-Man IX- Incredible Hulk annual #11

The Leader has infected New York with the Green Flu. Spider-Man spots the Hulk and decides to check and see if the Hulk has something to do with it. He tries to oppose the Hulk, but he has the Green Flu and Hulk just swats him aside. No win for Hulk though because of Spider-Man's previous weakened condition... though technically it was Hulk that caused him to feel that way.
