Hulk vs. Iron Man XV- Iron Man #305

Hulk has come to Stark Enterprises to make sure that a factory Stark has that is capable of making gamma bombs is shut down. Stark, probably tired of getting beaten up by the Hulk, has a special Hulkbuster armor. The two fight until Stark calms down enough to let Hulk explain that he was actually just there to talk.
