Hulk vs. Spider-Man VIII- Marvel Team-Up annual #2

Hulk and Spider-Man are on the same side for the most part, but Spider-Man needs something huge broken. He smacks Banner and changes him into the Hulk. Hulk grabs Spider-Man's wrist,. but Spider-Man uses his legs again to break free of Hulk's grip. Spider-Man challenges Hulk to perform a deed that proves he is the strongest of them all. Hulk accepts the challenge and performs it. Spider-Man congratulates Hulk. Hulk seems glad, but thinks about smashing Spider-Man anyway when he changes into Banner.
