Hulk vs. Spider-Man XIII- Web of Spider-Man #69

Some idiot uses his machine on Banner and turns him into the Hulk. Spider-Man fights Hulk to try and save the guy's life. Hulk grabs Spider-Man and fights him under the water. Hulk comes up when Spider-Man stops fighting back. Hulk leaves and Spider-Man frees himself and surfaces.
