Diane
was struggling with her career as a defense attorney. She longed to be free of
it and was even thrown into prison in contempt when she refused to defend a
guilty rapist. When the bomb that destroyed Middletown went off it unleashed the
bestial self image Diane held of herself and created Ogress.

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #467- After Betty's death Bruce, and later Ross, went to Freehold to see if it still had the resurrection machine. Both found that after Armageddon left Freehold with the other Troyjans they destroyed almost the entire city killing nearly everyone. The status of Hotshot, Jailbait, and Ogress is unknown. Though it's apparent this story is told in an alternate future so these events may not have taken place in the current Marvel Universe.
