Agent Pratt
Pratt is a
mercenary that poses as a special agent for the FBI. He works, at
least in part, for a group that is hunting the Hulk for the
purpose of cloning him.. It's unclear why Pratt only gained
temporary power from the Hulk's blood instead of the permanent
way that the She-Hulk did.
