The Rejects

Incredible Hulk annual #14- Not much is known about the rejects found aboard Hubert St. John's airship. Hubert wanted to be a Hulk, to be strong and fit, no longer immensely fat. These poor rejects seem to be Hubert's scientists' first attempts at transforming someone into a Hulk. They were the guinea pigs, and it shows. The poor scientific mishaps don't seem to have much in the way of intelligence or speech. They seem zombie-like. One of the later editions was however initially stronger than the Hulk. He grabbed Hulk from behind, but as Hulk noticed the rejects seemed to get weaker. Fighting weakened them.
