vol. 3 #68She-Hulk chronology continues
Avengers vol. 3 #2- Two countrymen start trying to proposition two ladies who are getting a drink of water from the well until they realize that they are the Jade Giantess (She-Hulk) and Lady Marvel (Carol Danvers). They tip his cart and horse over and then decide to go find the tavern they came from and show the men their how to hold their liquor. Thor is the first to feel something is wrong. As Scarlet Witch is suspended in the air by her shackles she calls out with all her magic for someone to hear her. Captain America hears the voice and breaks control. He recruits Hawkeye into regaining his memory. They go about trying to get all the Avengers back, but that leads to a fight between those who remember, and those who don’t. She-Hulk is still in the spell and she is blasted through the wall as Cap and the others escape. Wonder Man returns to life to answer Scarlet Witch’s call.
Avengers vol. 3 #3- Wonder Man breaks Scarlet Witch out of jail and Le Fay is freaking. Cap views it as her mistake and they try to sneak back into the city walls. They are discovered and She-Hulk, and the others still enthralled, attack. Le Fay revels in the battle. She asks who can challenge her. Suddenly the Scarlet Witch appears and says that she challenges her. Wanda tries but finds that she is coming up short. She wishes that Simon was still there, and then suddenly he is. Simon is giant just like Le Fay and he tries to grab the Twilight Sword from her. Simon needs more strength and so Wanda feeds him. Suddenly all the Avengers are offering their strength through Wanda into Simon. She overloads Simon and quietly begs his forgiveness. Simon explodes and the world is returned to normal. Beast asks what they are going to do with 39 Avengers.
Heroes for Hire #12- Iron Fist is stunned when Jim Hammond says that Luke Cage is in league with The Master. Iron Fist says that he doesn’t believe it. She-Hulk says that she believes it since Cage is an ex-con. She says that she will help, but she makes sure that Hammond knows that she is going to be billing him her hourly rate for this. Hammond says that he will be leading this mission himself. He reveals that he was the original Human Torch and shows them his complete mastery over fire. She-Hulk tells him to be careful or Oracle will be hit by a lawsuit from everyone singed by his fire. He says his control is complete. They take off after Master. The Master shoots them down. She-Hulk and Herc go down with the ship. The Master deploys improved clones of every member of Heroes for Hire including the Hulk and the She-Hulk (Behemoth and Amazon). Master also takes control of Hammond’s robotic form. She-Hulk stands before Behemoth. She asks if he is supposed to be the dumb Hulk, the smart one, or the sorta smart but sometimes tricky one. Behemoth punches her in the stomach. Luke Cage turns on the Master. She-Hulk decks Behemoth’s face, and then calls for a quick opponent change. She doubles back and nails Behemoth in the stomach. Cage takes down Master. She-Hulk helps Iron Fist get Cage to safety.
Heroes for Hire #13- The pods from Master’s ship start burning on re-entry. The pods all land. She-Hulk tears out of her and Thena’s pod. She-Hulk also holds the now shut down body of Jim Hammond. Black Knight and Thena quickly rush away the dying body of Iron Fist (who healed Cage at his own detriment) to Oracle. She-Hulk asks those remaining if anyone has any cash or credit cards to get home with. Later at Oracle She-Hulk and the others get an update on Iron Fist. He is near death but not brain dead. The doctor suggests a “chi-transplant” the way Fist gave his to Cage. She-Hulk has an idea. She-Hulk manages to reach Brother Voodoo, but then Hercules grabs her up to come with him. A false Captain America skrull has just announced to the world that one in three people are skrulls, and Herc wants to get in some fighting.
Avengers vol. 3 #4- She-Hulk speaks for the group of Avengers who have other things to do, and are not looking for membership in the new Avengers. She says that both she and the Black Knight are affiliated with Heroes for Hire. She as their lawyer, and Black Knight as a member. She-Hulk says that she doesn’t know who the Avengers will be made up of, but that it is being discussed right now.
Fantastic Four vol 3 #6- Iron Fist is having a sparring session with Invisible Woman. She-Hulk, Luke Cage, Misty Knight, and Colleen Wing standby and watch. She-Hulk tells Fist that she warned him not to underestimate her. During the fight Fist accidentally strikes out with his Iron Fist. Sue is blown backwards, but managed to protect herself with her force field. She-Hulk yells for someone to call 911, but Sue is just laughing because she enjoyed the ride. She-Hulk helps Sue up. They leave with the promise to return the following week for Sue’s next lesson. Later She-Hulk, Wasp, and Sue go downtown to the atelier of Kay Cera. Sue doesn’t want to go there because she thinks the designer is a little to over the top. Kay Cera says that she designs for the individual. A little while later She-Hulk tells Sue not to be nervous because she is among friends. Sue says that she is just more comfortable fighting Dr. Doom than trying on dresses. They wind up getting a dress for Sue.
Heroes for Hire #13- She-Hulk stands in Oracle Inc. with the restored Jim Hammond. She says that Hercules has moved on to new adventures. She tells Hammond that she thinks Herc has attention deficit disorder. She asks Hammond what is bothering him. Hammond says that he is wondering if the team will trust him like before. She-Hulk says that nobody blames him. Hammond says that it was just a bitter reminder that he is only a machine. She-Hulk says that she isn’t exactly human either, and that she thinks that it isn’t how human you look, but how human you feel. She tells him that he is more human than most, and tells him to get over it.
Heroes For Hire #14- She-Hulk walks down the hall of Oracle Inc. with Luke Cage and the Black Knight. Luke says that Captain America said that one in twenty people in the world is a Skrull. Luke says he thinks that their one is Shulkie. She-Hulk reminds Luke that it wasn’t Captain America but a Skrull in disguise, and then she says not to call her Shulkie. Luke says that She-Hulk is mean and green so she has to be a Skrull. She-Hulk does a fourth wall thing a fires the narrator…still unfunny.
Heroes for Hire #15- At Oracle Inc. Iron Fist says that he was worried that he had no family left. Luke Cage stands with Black Knight, She-Hulk, Thena, and Ant-Man Scott Lang. He says that they are his family. She-Hulk corrects Cage saying that she views him as more of a client than a family member. Iron Fist says, “Love you too Jennifer” and gives her the thumbs up. White Tiger returns and says that she promised that the Heroes For Hire would help him take back Wundagore from Exodus. Jim Hammond says that they have other obligations and that they have twenty-four hours to return or he will disband the company. She-Hulk does not go.
Quicksilver #11- behind the scenes-
Heroes For Hire #16- She-Hulk stands by as Iron Fist heals White Tiger with his chi. They talk about what happened and Black Knight asks what type of animal this Lord Anon is. Quicksilver realizes that he doesn’t know as Lord Anon has always been in armor head to toe. White Tiger says that his scent tells her that he is the Man-Beast. Scott Lang de-evolves and re-evolves before everyone’s eyes. They decide that they must go get Isotope E to stabilize their evolutionary position. Thena says that she thought She-Hulk was just a lawyer for Heroes for Hire. She-Hulk says that the situation is serious and as a former Avenger she needed to do something. Cage says that it is a good thing that both She-Hulk and Thena can fly their vehicle because they are the only ones not likely to turn into an ape on the trip. Quicksilver and White Tiger agree that they should check the armory first. They get there but don’t find the High Evolutionary. There are traces of blood from New Men and Acolytes. Suddenly they find Man-Beast and Exodus together. They have decided to join forces. Exodus suggests they surrender. The New Men say that they have High Evolutionary and will kill him. They ask that they surrender. The Heroes for Hire all advance, and only then do they realize that the New Men are forced to fight on the side of Man-Beast, Exodus, and the Acolytes. The heroes all get knocked out.
Quicksilver #12- She-Hulk and the others are still held unconscious as Fabian Cortez tries to make a deal with Thena to boost her power so that she might kill Exodus so that he can take over. Quicksilver has managed to get free so Thena plays along. Quicksilver goes and adjusts the security systems. He then grabs Isotope E from an unsuspecting Man-Beast. Quicksilver then frees She-Hulk and the others to join the fight. As the fight breaks out Exodus is distracted. She-Hulk runs up behind him and pastes him one. Exodus is knocked to his knees. Quicksilver says that he has the isotope, and that the fight is over. The Acolytes refuse to give up and the battle rages on. The Heroes for Hire start to transform into apes again. Only She-Hulk, Thena, and Quicksilver remain normal. Quicksilver is afraid to use the isotope on his friends because he isn’t sure how so he uses it on himself and accelerates his own evolution. Quicksilver has Magneto level powers. He demands that the Acolytes renounce Exodus and follow him. Exodus and Quicksilver fight. She-Hulk reels in pain, since Exodus cannot pinpoint Quicksilver at his speed he releases a massive blast to all around him. Quicksilver isn’t hit and he defeats Exodus. Suddenly High Evolutionary has his power back and comes to confront anyone who opposes him.
Heroes for Hire/Quicksilver annual 1998- Delphis, a member of Wundagore, returns to Wundagore. Not recognizing the ship High Evolutionary has Sir Ram shoot it down. For no apparent reason Quicksilver’s evil side is gone. He saves Delphi and then uses Isotope E to cure the Heroes for Hire. She-Hulk fights Sir Gator as the fight rages on. She has him in a chokehold, but he won’t go down. Delphis fixes Isotope E and heals High Evolutionary. High Evolutionary de-evolves Man-Beast into a wolf, and puts everything right.
Heroes For Hire #17- The FBI sends for Luke Cage and She-Hulk as they face off against Stanley “Stonewall” Buchovitz. Stonewall is a 22 year old kid who just got a big inheritance. He demands that Long Island be turned over to him or he and his follower will kill themselves. Cage says that sounds okay by him, but the FBI says that he has been abducting women for his harem and they’re worried about them. She-Hulk asks why the FBI doesn’t take care of it then. They show her the tank their sonic weapons melted. Cage suggests a plan. She-Hulk asks him who made him boss. Cage asks what her plan was, but she says that was her plan. Cage asks her what her problem is. She-Hulk says that she doesn’t like cons or ex-cons. She says that when she was with the DA she was always convicting people that got off too light. Cage says that he didn’t do it, but She-Hulk doesn’t want to hear it. Cage makes a bet with She-Hulk. If he reaches Stonewall first then she has to have dinner with him and listen to his story, but if she wins he will quit the team. Cage runs before She-Hulk, and she calls him a “rotten stinking cheating no good ex-con”. She-Hulk runs through the hole Cage made in the wall, but Cage gets there first. When she gets there she finds Cage has let the “harem” get revenge on Stonewall and his followers by letting them beat on them. She-Hulk says that she likes Cage’s nasty sense of justice. Later Cage takes She-Hulk to Heaven’s Grill, a new restaurant for the elite and celebrities. She-Hulk admits that she is impressed, and says that she should lose bets more often. They get a secluded table. She-Hulk says that she read Cage’s dossier. She is impressed that he knows a few languages, and that he did some good work for the right people. Cage tells She-Hulk about how he was framed for drugs, how his lady was killed, and how he got his powers. She-Hulk says that she is looking for a man who won’t break when she holds him tightly. Cage says that he thinks that he could take whatever she had to dish out. She-Hulk says that it sounds like a challenge, and that she loves challenges. They are about to kiss when they are interrupted by a robbery. Absorbing Man and Titania are holding up Heaven’s Grill. Creel says that they want their money, and that if they are famous that they are coming with them for ransom. The host explains that the really rich all use credit cards, and that the only two celebrities are seated by the ferns. Titania sees She-Hulk and freaks. They charge each other, but She-Hulk’s heel breaks. She-Hulk stumbles and Titania pastes her one. She-hulk kicks off her heels and gets up and decks Titania. Creel is settling in for a good catfight when Cage punches him in the face. Creel absorbs some marble and the fighting begins. While Creel is fighting Cage he accidentally lets go of his ball and chain. They hit Titania in the back of the head and knock her out. Creel rushes to her side, and She-Hulk and Cage double punch him into unconsciousness. Cage and She-Hulk take a cab to her house. She says that she doesn’t invite guys up on the first date, but she kisses him and goes inside.
Heroes for Hire #19- Namor informs Hammond that he has sold Oracle Inc. to Stark-Fujikawa. Two days later, She-Hulk gives the news to the regular team. She also tells him that Mr. Honeybunch will tell them their fate. Mr. Honeywell informs She-Hulk of his real name. He says that Cage and Scott Lang must go as ex-cons. Hammond says that they all quit. She-Hulk reminds Honeywell that they all have severance packages, and she says that they will make good on them or she will kick his butt legally and literally. They all walk out and say goodbye.
Fantastic Four vol. 3 #22- She-Hulk sits in Raglan’s Coffee House (and law library) reading a law book when she suddenly looks up to see Titania standing before her. Titania punches She-Hulk out through a wall. As she lands She-Hulk is hit by Crusher Creel, the Absorbing Man. Creel has absorbed the strength of both Titania and now the She-Hulk. Titania grabs She-Hulk and says that she doesn’t mind if Creel puts her on the ropes as long as she is the one that gets to finish her. Titania stuffs some “medicine” down She-Hulk’s throat and tells her that when she wakes up it will be a whole new world. Titania says that she is finally getting even. Later Creel, Titania, and She-Hulk are rampaging. Creel is throwing cars while Titania is spraying the police down with a water main. She-Hulk is throwing police around. The press are snapping lots of photos of She-Hulk working with Titania and Creel. Suddenly Valeria von Doom, Sue Storm’s daughter from another timeline, shows up. She-Hulk asks Titania if she can handle it. Titania says yes so She-Hulk charges her, but She-Hulk is blocked by Valeria’s force field. Valeria decks She-Hulk into a car. Creel tries to hit Valeria with his ball and chain, but Valeria backflips over Titania’s shoulder. She-Hulk lifts up the ground and knocks Valeria down. Thing plows into She-Hulk to stop her. Creel grabs Thing from behind and he pours the same medicine into Thing’s mouth. Thing’s friend Bounty kicks Titania, but Thing comes along and drugs her too. Creel, Titania, She-Hulk, and Thing all team up against Valeria. Suddenly Invisible Woman shows up. They all leap onto her, but somehow Sue manages to beat all four of them together (don’t try to figure out how).
Fantastic Four vol. 3 #27- A show is interviewing people on their reaction that Susan Richards is marrying Dr. Doom (psst it’s really Reed in Doom’s armor but nobody knows that). She-Hulk says that she is appalled. Later though She-Hulk and Wasp take Susan back to Kay Cera to get her a wedding dress. She-Hulk says that Sue is their friend, and that they will stand by her no matter what. She-Hulk asks why she is doing it, but suddenly they are surrounded by photographers. She-Hulk and Wasp chase them off while Sue turns invisible and sneaks inside.
Generation X #59- She-Hulk stands on the streets of New York ordering a hot dog for lunch. One of the kids from Generation X is in New York and spots her. He goes up and asks for her autograph. She-Hulk asks if he has a pen. When he says that he doesn’t She-Hulk says that she has another idea. The kid is seen later with green lip marks on his cheek.
Avengers vol. 3 #27- The Avengers are suffering from bad publicity as African-Americans are protesting that there are no African-American Avengers. There are also protestors picketing that there are mutants on the team. The roster needs to be overhauled. Captain America and Thor quit, and Justice, Firestar, and Wonder Man are all taking leave of absences. Wasp and Hank Pym rejoin the team. Warbird rejoins the team. Triathalon is forced upon the Avengers by the Triune Understanding. They need one more member so Wasp calls She-Hulk. She-Hulk asks what everyone has such long faces. They decide that the Wasp should be the leader. They go out to announce the line up to the press. She-Hulk asks if someone isn’t going to shout “Avengers assemble”. Iron Man says maybe later, but that this just doesn’t feel right.
Avengers vol. 3 #28- She-Hulk helps demolish some buildings as part of an attempt to win back some good press after the new line up and all the protesting ending. Later She-Hulk poses with fans for pictures and things. They reveal the new Civic Center that will be going up where the old buildings used to be. They also attend a charity dinner for fund-raising. The next day, at Jarvis’ request the Avengers fly Silverclaw back to Costa Verda. She-Hulk says that she forgot how fun it is to fly the quinjets. As they fly there Silver claw retells the story of her birth- a supposed union between a man of her village Kamekeri and Pelial one of the old gods of her land. As they fly in Costa Verdan airspace She-Hulk contacts the authorities. They tell She-Hulk that there is no village of Kamekeri, and the never has been. They arrive over the place where the village is supposed to be only to find an ancient city. Suddenly they are attacked by warriors on giant birds who serve Kulan Gath. As they prepare to land Scarlet Witch tells them to pull up. She says that there is magic surrounding the city that will affect them. They land outside the city. She-Hulk, Goliath, and Warbird go into the city and are transformed into “olden” versions of themselves that serve Kulan Gath. Iron Man pulls them back returning them to normal. Kulan Gath’s image appears before them and warns them to leave. Goliath grows some shelters from his costume to set up camp outside the village.
Avengers vol. 3 #29- The Avengers hear a loud noise so to save time they go over on their skimmers. They find Peliali, volcano goddess and supposedly Silverclaw's mother, cornered by priests of Kulan Gath. Their skimmers are knocked over by Hawkriders. They're delayed long enough for them to vanish with Peliali. The Avengers see Costa Verdan tanks heading towards the city. The Avengers know the tanks will be transformed as She-Hulk and the others were last issue. Scarlet Witch charges a chip with chaos magic to allow them to remain themselves within the city. Iron Man goes to stop the tanks, and She-Hulk and the others go to the city. They notice anomalies as they go to a bar for info. She-Hulk is pleased at the smell of undercooked meat and stale beer as it reminds her of college. She-Hulk gets water for Warbird and Silverclaw. She-Hulk grabs Bargath and throws him when he starts sexually harassing Silverclaw. A brawl ensues. Gath talks to the captive Peliali, and the barflies all turn into demons as the Avengers fight them. As Gath talks of his rise to power the demons turn into giant snakes. Green smoke fills the bar knocking out the Avengers. Gath says he wants to kill Peliali to open the gates of paradise so that he can also enter and become a god himself.
Avengers vol. 3 #30- She-Hulk is tied up as Kulan Gath starts the sacrifice of Peliali. She-Hulk notices that Kulan Gath's men seem to have lightning rods as one shocks Silverclaw for trying to break Kulan's hold over a girl she recognizes. Goliath escapes his cage prompting him to shoot electricity at him. They miss, but hit Warbird. Warbird absorbs the energy and uses it to free the others. Silverclaw leaps onto Kulan Gath, but he blasts her off. Kulan changes the people of the town into demons. She-Hulk plows into the demons. She-Hulk hits one of the elephants being ridden by Gath's men while she holds another up with the other hand. As Gath prepares to kill Peliali Silverclaw rallies the people of the village to abandon Gath and return to Peliali. Silverclaw is saved by Yellowjacket unknown to the others. Peliali escapes and Gath's dark gods take him. Peliali dies. She-Hulk rides with the others back in the quinjet.
Magneto: Dark Seduction #2- Scarlet Witch is in Genosha for the United Nations observing Magneto’s changes. She wants to see Carrion Cove, but Magneto says that the civil war still rages there. The United Nations sends in the Avengers to assist the rebellion in Carrion Cove. She-Hulk and the others get off the plane.
Magneto: Dark Seduction #3- She-Hulk is hit by Cargill as the Avengers face Magneto's followers. Pipeline releases Quicksilver, whom he had captured, in the hope that it might aid the Avengers and him in preventing Magneto from gaining the technology inside Carrion Cove. She-Hulk, and the other Avengers, feels the pain of having their blood begin to flow in the opposite direction as Magneto and Polaris join in the fight. Iron Man breaks the hold. She-Hulk and the others fight Magneto and Polaris. Triathlon is confused as he thought Polaris was one of the good mutants. She-Hulk says she was kind of how Triathlon was one of the good Triads. She-Hulk believes that Polaris probably has a good reason for following Magneto. Magneto is tiring as his power has been depleted and Polaris grows weary of him siphoning her power. Magneto makes a giant power burst to tear down the cliffside city of Carrion Cove. She-Hulk and the others are too busy trying to save people to oppose Magneto. Magneto goes off to regain the full extent of his power from the technology in Carrion Cove. Polaris opposes him.
Magneto: Dark Seduction #4- She-Hulk and Goliath continue holding the buildings up as the evacuation continues. Polaris and Quicksilver fail to stop Magneto from regaining his full power. Magneto takes control of Iron Man’s armor. He uses She-Hulk’s metal armbands to force her to punch Ms. Marvel in the face. He then reverses the flow of blood in her veins. Magneto tells them that the papers he signed and agreed to with the United Nations were violated by them. He tells them to leave his country. The Avengers don’t agree, but Magneto executes Fabian Cortez before them for his treachery. He then moves satellites in space that will start World War III if they don’t go. Wasp agrees to leave and he releases them.
Black Panther #22- The external camera has gone blank so when someone knocks on the door She-Hulk tells Jarvis that she will get it as it might be “not pretty”. She-Hulk asks if she can help him. The new Black Panther, as he stands with his leopard, asks her to gather the Avengers and tell him that he has arrived.
Deadpool #44- The Avengers are discussing what should be done with the Panther who is Erik Killmonger, a villain. They figure membership is out because it wasn’t the office that got membership. They wonder if the should lock him up, but T’Challa won’t take their calls. As the others are finishing talking She-Hulk lets in a man claiming to be from animal control, but looking remarkably like Thom Cruz (Tom Cruise). He says that he hears that they have a leopard on the premises. She walks him to the leopard. The new Black Panther gets antsy, but She-Hulk holds him back as the man attaches something to the leopard’s collar. The leopard and Triathlon (who was standing next to it) suddenly teleport away. Thom looks pleased until he realizes that he is surrounded by an angry Black Panther and Avengers. Deadpool shoots She-Hulk to no avail. Deadpool dodges Panther’s shot that hits She-Hulk. She-Hulk grabs Deadpool and tells him to shut up. She-Hulk punches Deadpool’s head into the ground. Suddenly a van with Constrictor and someone posing as Titania crashes through the wall. The van blasts She-Hulk with laser headlights. Constrictor jumps onto She-Hulk and starts choking her. The villains manage to get Deadpool out, but they catch up with the van as Deadpool and the others find that Achebe (the real bad guy) is missing.
Black Panther #23- She-Hulk is flying the Avengers quinjet into Wakandan air space. The Wakandan jets tell them to turn around. The Wasp explains that they are only there to rescue Triathalon who was taken into Wakanda. Erik Killmonger, now the Black Panther, tells them not to demean the pilots and to fire upon them. Later She-Hulk and the Avengers walk through the streets of Wakanda. Erik Killmonger demands to see the King T’Challa. The Avengers and Killmonger walk past Everett K Ross into the Techno-Jungle. They are attacked by a group of white clothed “black panther” soldiers. Goliath is hit. The others run, but She-Hulk stands by Hank Pym. They storm She-Hulk, but she knocks them back. Later it is all worked out and as they start to head home Everett K. Ross asks for a lift back to the states. She-Hulk says that the state department liaison sent them with a notice that his citizenship has been revoked.
Hulk annual 2000- flashback- She-Hulk stands in court to show her evidence that Bruce was innocent. Suddenly word comes down that there will be no appeal.
Incredible Hulk vol. 3 #17- behind the scenes
Avengers vol. 3 #31- She-Hulk and Triathalon engage in a lacrosse type training exercise. She-Hulk's plan is to smash the ball in there with all her power figuring that Triathalon will be unable to deal with it. He does deal with it however, and his years as a pool shark come in handy as he banks the ball of She-Hulk's face and into her goal. Triathalon helps her up saying he wouldn't have done it if he didn't think it wouldn't hurt She-Hulk at all. She-Hulk says that Triathalon is sneaky enough to be Hawkeye. Suddenly the Vision calls in to the mansion with information that the heads of the Maggia are meeting in Chicago. The team goes to help him. She-Hulk greets the Vision and says he looks much better than the last time they met. The Avengers burst through the wall of the Maggia's meeting room. Madame Masque unleashes her Dreadnaughts. She-Hulk and the other heavy hitters tackle them while the others try to keep the Maggia bosses from escaping. She-Hulk has TB Smithton under one arm as she punches another Dreadnaught. She-Hulk watches as Grim Reaper grabs Madame Masque and says that she is right. The meeting was a trap, for her especially. Reaper says tonight won't be a complete failure if he can deliver her to his boss. Madame Masque tells Iron Man that Whitney still loves him, and she needs his help. Suddenly her mask explodes and she collapses on the ground. Reaper is ticked, but makes a smokescreen for him to escape. She-Hulk and the other Avengers turn the Maggia bosses over to SHIELD.
Maximum Security #3- The heroes of Earth and the alien prisoners override the Ruul/Kree barrier from Earth and transport themselves aboard the Ruul/Kree ship. She-Hulk stands amongst the others. They use the Omega codes to dissolve the barrier and Ruul/Kree guards rush out to fight. The Ruul try to reach the council, but their communications have been jammed. Back on Earth the big brains are trying to work up a machine to stop Ego. The Avengers Infinity team appears before the Council. Moondragon flashes into all their minds how the Supreme Intelligence used the Forever Crystal to evolve the Kree into the Ruul, and how he sent Ego to Earth. The Council is stunned. Supreme Intelligence’s image appears laughing as he explains how he has done it, and that the Kree have already taken back several Kree worlds and soon will rule the universe. Back on Earth they get the machine working, but in order to get Ego off Earth they must project him into a host body. The Surfer volunteers. Suddenly Ronan arrives fueled by the power of Ego. All the heroes return from space to fight Ronan. They try the machine with Surfer. As it works Ronan gets weaker, but Surfer cannot contain the power. Quasar volunteers for the job. This time the process works. USAgent knocks out Ronan. A week later most of the alien scum has been shipped off, but the Kree are still battling fiercely in space.
Fantastic Four vol. 3 #42 (471)- Reed, Sue, and Thing are off in the Negative Zone so when Human Torch gets a call that Namor is attacking New York City he calls a bunch of heroes to come help him. She-Hulk arrives just in time to punch Namor off Human Torch as Namor is choking Torch in the water. She-Hulk says that she got Torch’s call for help. She is upset that Torch called Luke Cage before and brings up that she was a member of the Fantastic Four. Namor flies back and punches She-Hulk. She-Hulk is still decking him when Namor freezes up and falls to the ground. Ant-Man apparently tested his new stinger on Namor. They take Namor back to the Baxter Building. Ant-Man discovers negative ions inside Namor’s brain that seem to be reversing polarity. Namorita also arrives at the Baxter Building. Torch suggests that those present might fill in for the Fantastic Four when they are away in the Negative Zone. She-Hulk says that she is in because she likes those little “4’s” they wear. Namor awakens and says that Gideon Corporation was poisoning his water and apparently his mind.
Fantastic Four vol. 3 #43 (472) - She-Hulk stands with the other members of the “new” Fantastic Four. Torch says that to get to the Negative Zone and help the others that they are going to need someone on par with Reed’s intelligence. He introduces them via view screen to Noah Baxter. Baxter says that they think that the Gideon Trust has opened a portal to the Negative Zone. Namorita gets an idea how they might get access to the portal without being noticed. She-Hulk isn’t too happy as the team flies on ants through the ducts of the Gideon Trust. They are attacked by a multitude of tiny Herbie the robots. They have to enlarge to fight them. Back to normal size they are attacked by the Awesome Android. The Android punches She-Hulk across the room.
Fantastic Four vol. 3 #44 (473) - Namorita and She-Hulk continue working over the Android. She-Hulk’s punch knocks it to the ground, but it gets back up. She-Hulk finally breaks the Android with a punch. They walk a little further in and discover the Gideon Corporation’s portal to the Negative Zone. Just then Reed has Hellscout fire a sealing agent through the portal from the Negative Zone side. The place catches on fire, and Torch tells She-Hulk to get the others out of the building while he absorbs the heat. After the negative energy flow is dealt with Reed, Sue, and Thing exit the Negative Zone through the Gideon Corporation’s portal. She-Hulk is there. She says that she can’t say it has been fun, and to remind Torch that the next time he needs her help to call her before he calls Luke Cage.

Infinity Crusade #1- She-Hulk compiles a list of missing Avengers with the Vision. The missing heroes have joined The Goddess, Adam Warlock's good side. Later when Speedball bumps into her She-Hulk tells him to "watch it shorty".
Infinity Crusade #2- She-Hulk and Firestar bring sandwiches out for everybody in Avengers mansion. She-Hulk joins in a minor skirmish. She hurts her hand hitting Maxam's face (wishful thinking on Jim Starlin's part). She-Hulk talks to Nomad as he enters saying all street crime has stopped. Vision reports that all armed conflict has ended. Aurora switches personalities and wants to go to the Goddess. She-Hulk readies a quinjet. She-Hulk listens as Reed retells what happened on Paradise Omega.
Warlock and the Infinity Watch #19- She-Hulk listens to Drax's story while he eats. Later She-Hulk talks with Night Thrasher.
Infinity Crusade #3- She-Hulk is told to prepare the two new prototype quinjets. She-Hulk watches as Absorbing Man leaps into Avengers mansion and surrenders. She-Hulk is at the meeting where they decide if they're going to take actions against Goddess. Pip speculates that Goddess is the side effect of warlock expelling his good and evil sides as Magus was before her. She-Hulk says she doesn't trust the good side either. After Moondragon, who is with Goddess, mindblasts Professor X the heroes decide to act. She-Hulk says the Quinjet V's are ready to go. Reed warns everyone not to expect quarter from his or her former friends.
Warlock and the Infinity Watch #20- She-Hulk breaks up an argument between Hulk and Maxam.
Infinity Crusade #4- behind the scenes- Thor destroys the two quinjets. The heroes' escape pods land on Paradise Omega.
Infinity Crusade #5- She-Hulk and Nova are defeated by Sasquatch and USAgent.
Infinity Crusade #6- After Warlock and Thanos deal with Goddess She-Hulk talks to Hulk at the wrap up party. She-Hulk takes Hulk's side as he yells at Warlock for the Goddess' actions. Warlock and the others teleport away.
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #411- She-Hulk calls Betty’s apartment to say that she is on the west coast, and figured she might drop by to see how Bruce is doing.
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #412- Hulk grabs She-Hulk by the waist and lifts her into the air. He says she is looking a little green. Bruce asks her how her flight was. In the limousine Jen asks Bruce when he became a beer drinker. Bruce says recently. Hulk asks about the suddenness of her visit. She-Hulk tells her that she is concerned because she heard that Bruce had joined up with some group of terrorists. Hulk says he is doing what is right, but maybe not legal. Bruce says that as a lawyer he figured she would understand. She-Hulk says that he is taking the law into his own hands. Hulk says he is sick of justifying himself to every do-gooder who thinks their moral center is better than his. He says that it annoys him, and he hopes Jen didn’t come to annoy him. Hulk says it would be a shame if they became enemies now that they are both happy with themselves. Back at Rick’s apartment She-Hulk says it’s great that Rick and Marlo are getting married. Rick says that he told the Avengers about it, but that they blew him off. She-Hulk says she’ll check on it for him. She asks Betty where her invitation to the bridal shower is. She-Hulk mumbles to Hulk that she can think of a reason the Avengers might be cold to Rick. Suddenly Bruce gets a message on his wrist from the Pantheon that there is a neutrino disturbance near him. Hulk asks if they are sure since everything seems normal as Samson suddenly flies through the window unconscious. Hulk says that everyone with the word “Hulk” should come outside. There they find the Bi-Beast. The bottom head seems to have developed an immediate crush on Jen. Hulk tackles Bi-Beast. She-Hulk runs up and hits Bi-Beast as Hulk is in trouble. She says she is sick of every ugly creature in the universe deciding that it is in love with her. Hulk gets another message that Bi-Beast’s power source is set to blow up and destroy half the continent. Hulk tells them that the thing is set to explode. She-Hulk tries to get it by coming on to Bi-Beast. Bi-Beast knocks Hulk away, and She-Hulk grabs the jewels loose. A kid stuffs them into his Felix the Cat toy while She-Hulk and Hulk knock out Bi-Beast. The toy winds up with hundreds like it. They find it with ten seconds to go. She-Hulk presses her body against Hulk’s hoping that they can contain the blast. The big explosion turns into a tiny explosion. She-Hulk blames the writer. She-Hulk tries to get Hulk to see the “fourth wall”, but he says that she might need to go meet Doc Samson.
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #417- Marlo, Betty, and Atalanta are sitting around with Marlo’s recently arrived mother. The door knocks, but nobody is there. Suddenly Marlo is lifted up and put in a sack. Invisible Woman was making She-Hulk and Lyja invisible. She-Hulk holds Marlo and says that they’re off. Sue asks Jen if what she has planned is in good tastes. “Oh hey, trust me.” She-Hulk sits with the others at the front tables at “Chippies”, a male strip bar. Suddenly the place is being held up. One of them tries to shoot Marlo, but Sue catches the bullet. Crystal says that they picked the wrong club tonight because they are… Jen interrupts, “The Roseanne Arnold Fan Club”.
Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #418- She-Hulk sits in the stands for Rick Jones/Marlo Chandler wedding. As the ceremony starts Drax drops in from the sky…with an invitation. Suddenly a bunch of villains drop in from the sky…with invitations. Hulk defers to Rick’s decision. Rick says to get more chairs. Later She-Hulk stands up as Hulk gets to smack Mephisto around “in the eyes of God.” Rick and Marlo get married.
Hulk annual #20- She-Hulk poses for some pictures after the wedding.
Marvel vs. DC #1- She-Hulk teams with Supergirl.
Nova vol. 3 #1- Nova is fighting the Rhino, but Rhino launches him into outer space. When Nova gets back from the impact the She-Hulk is fighting Rhino. Nova tries to cut back in, but when Rhino compares She-Hulk to her cousin She-Hulk gets mad and tells Nova to beat it.
