When Ionic People Attack continues...
Avengers West Coast #85-86- When Wonder Man tells team leader Hawkeye that he can handle Therak Therak tells Wonder Man that the idea is a laugh. Wonder Man recognizes that Therak has ionic powers, but only in time to have Therak knock him against the wall and knock him unconscious. It is mostly Therak's abilities that enable Deathweb's three members to stand toe to toe with the Avengers' six (including Spider-Man). Wonder Man wakes up later, but doesn't manage to beat Therak. In their next fight Therak even takes punches from Iron Man and Wonder Man. Iron Man and Living Lightning manage to capture the group.
WINNER: Therak; Score: Therak 1, Wonder Man 0
Avengers vol. 3 #12-The Avengers had been looking for Hawkeye, and when they found him in the clutches of those evil manipulators, the Thunderbolts, a fight breaks out. The fight is quickly ended when they realize that Hawkeye is leading the team, but in the short fight Wonder Man is apparently feeling very good about his even record with Erik Josten as he mocks him as his "ionic imitator".
WINNER: Nobody wins but it seems clear that Wonder Man has the upper hand as Atlas' powers have been decreased since his Goliath days. Score: Wonder Man 2, Josten 2 (still)
Count Nefaria vs. Charles Gray I
Iron Man vol. 3 #16- Count Nefaria cuts Charles Gray off on is drive home. Nefaria's men pull him out of his car and to the back of Nefaria's limo. Nefaria sucks Gray's ionic energy right out of his body leaving him a withered husk.
WINNER: Nefaria, SCORE: Nefaria 1, Charles Gray 0
Iron Man annual '99-Let's face it Nefarius was always a knock off of Nefaria, and not a particularly impressive one at that. Nefaria continues his ionic vampiric ways and sucks the ionic energy right off this pretender leaving him a husk

Count Nefaria vs. Aries and Rafe Michel I
Iron Man annual '99- Not much of a fight as Nefaria essentially sucks the marrow from Aries' and Rafe Michel's bodies as he digs up their buried bodies to get their last remaining ionic energy.
WINNER: Nefaria, SCORE: Nefaria 1, Aries 0; Nefaria 1, Rafe 0
Iron Man annual '99- While the fight isn't pictured it's clear that Nefaria defeated Therak because he holds Therak captive and exists from draining a bit of his ionic power at a time.

Wonder Man vs. Erik Josten VII
Thunderbolts #42- There are alot of circumstances surrounding this fight. Excuse #1 for Josten: He was drinking to forget his recent heartbreak with Dallas Riordan. Excuse #2 for Josten: He didn't really seem to want to fight Wonder Man and kept trying to make a peaceful resolve not realizing Simon Williams' state (bringing us to). Wonder Man's stipulation #1- Wonder Man was being controlled by Count Nefaria, and according to superhero urban legend usually a mind controlled hero's powers are dulled.
WINNER: You should know that since Wonder Man has a stipulation and Josten has excuses that Wonder Man wins this one. Score: Wonder Man 3, Josten 2
