Who wants to be an Ionic Immortal?
Although the risks are alot higher than those on the famous gameshow, the rewards are much more valuable. If you manage to survive the experience you can experience eternal life, superhuman strength, invulnerability, control over your own atoms, as well as many other possibilities. Becoming an ionic immortal is even more difficult to arrange than getting on Millionaire. You're most likely going to need to talk to one of these guys.
Baron Zemo, the
inventor and originator of the process, is a very hard man to
reach these days. He was never all that easy to get hold of since
the Nazi army or his Masters of Evil kept him somewhat insulated,
but he is even harder to reach now as he is dead.

Enchantress helped out our friend Erik Josten, but it was more because she saw Zemo do it the first time more than it was any scientific know how on her part.
Professor
Sturdy was there at the first ionic transformation, as Baron
Zemo's right hand man, so he might have been able to help you as
he did Count Nefaria. Unfortunately Count Nefaria killed Sturdy
in an attempt to stop you from doing that very thing.
Karl Malus was
the second man to help our friend Erik Josten. Professor Sturdy
severly depleted Erik's ionic power when he helped out Count
Nefaria, but as Erik turned on Malus once he had the power of
Goliath I doubt that he would help you even if you could find
him.
Another way to get into the secret club of the
Ionic Immortals is to havea friend who already belongs.
Specifically an
ionic friend that is having trouble controlling his own ionic
powers. If you hang long enough you're bound to suck up some
remnant energy.
You know maybe it isn't as hard to get ionic powers as we thought- after all Nefarious got his ionic powers from a mental patient he met in the psychiatric ward......
