Wonder Man's chronology continues...

Avengers #307- Simon arrives just as Sue Richards’ force field is about to lose control of the Hydrobase. The lava column that the base was on is crumbling. Simon grabs the end of the base and starts to level it out. Reed wonders how Simon is doing this because his rocket belt couldn’t possibly support that kind of weight. Reed wonders if Simon’s ionic energy is connected to his flight. Reed has Simon hold the weight while he has Sue form rings around the column so that it can degenerate slowly.

Avengers #308- Simon and the West Coast Avengers compliment on Sue’s amazing control that lowered the Hydrobase back to the water. They then get back into their quinjet.

Avengers Spotlight #22/2

Incredible Hulk vol. 2 #380- flashback- flashback- Wonder Man is seen fighting with Crazy Eight after she killed Senator Ray Hartwell. Wonder Man defeats her and she is taken into custody.

Avengers West Coast #47- Simon tries to talk to Wanda, but she storms past him after Black Panther and Hank Pym tell her that they can’t help her reclaim her husband’s human characteristics. Simon goes and talks to the Wasp. He pauses her training session. Simon confesses to Wasp that he is in love with Wanda. Wasp agrees that he always has been. Simon asks how she knew, but Wasp says that she just figured that since Vision came from Simon'’ brain that they would share similar loves. She asks Simon why he never spoke up before. Simon says that they have always been married when he knew them, and that he still observes the rules about moving in on someone’s wife, but now with Vision’s memory and personality erased he feels he has a chance. Wasp says that Simon is feeling guilty because he doesn’t want to let Vision have his brain patterns again because it would ruin Simon’s chance with Wanda. Simon says that now Wanda hates him, and he wishes he were dead. Wasp says that she wants to help him, but suddenly an alarm for an unauthorized use of a quinjet goes off. They discover that Wanda took the quinjet with Vision to go to someone who has offered to help her since everyone else has refused her. When they see the direction she is going they assume that she is going to go see Professor Horton who created the original Human Torch, but when they get there they don’t find her. Simon says that she must feel as alone as she did when Magneto first recruited her into the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

Avengers West Coast #48

Avengers West Coast #49- Simon, Hank Pym, and Wasp return from Seattle. Simon asks Hank how it’s possible that Vision was not made from the body of the original Human Torch as they had long believed. Pym says that a lot of the truths about that idea was fuzzy around the edges. Hank goes off to check some computer files on the subject leaving Wasp behind with Simon. Simon tells Wasp that he is still concerned for Wanda. Simon says that as soon as he came out from being dead when he saw the Scarlet Witch it was love at first sight. Wanda had tried so hard to break down the Vision’s robotic nature that she made herself irresistible to Simon’s nature, and that when the real Simon Williams saw her he fell hard for her. Simon says that he has had to deal with her being married for as long as he has known her. Wasp tells Simon to make his advantage work for him. After all it was the man inside the Vision that Wanda loves, and that man is him.

Captain America #383- Hawkeye leads Captain America on a chase as Simon and the other heroes set up a fiftieth anniversary party for Cap.

Avengers #329- Captain America is addressing the entire Avengers team. He says that if the Avengers are willing to amend their charter to allow international membership that they have been offered a charter by the United Nations. Everyone votes in favor of it. The new primary team is announced as She-Hulk, Thor, Sersi, Vision, Quasar, Black Widow, and Captain America as “chair-being” (how PC can you get?). They start voting on reserve seven members. Wonder Man stands by as Cap addresses the media. The reserve Avengers are announced as Spider-Man, Hercules, Photon, Black Knight, Falcon, Rage, and Sandman. Some alien force shows up and banishes the primary Avengers for unwittingly freeing an evil alien. Wonder Man tries to fight them with the others but is knocked back by their forcefield.

Infinity Guantlet #2-After the giant earthquake Wonder Man, with the rest of the Avengers West Coast, fly in a quinjet looking for someone to rescue, but find that all the people were wiped out. The streets are full of water. Wonder Man says that it’s like the end of the world.

Impossible Man Summer Vacation Special #2

Avengers #332- Wonder Man stands with the Scarlet Witch at the gala celebration marking the opening of the new Avengers Headquarters. Doctor Doom takes over the new Headquarters.

Avengers #333- Wonder Man watches as Doom says he wants the Avengers to give him the secret of inter-dimensional travel so that he can rescue his mother in exchange for how he got into the new headquarters. Vision figures out he got in, and the Avengers destroy all three Dooms, all Doombots.
