Marvel vs. DC #1- In the middle of a fight with the X-Men Juggernaut is teleported into Metropolis to fight with Superman.
Unlimited Access #1- In the oddest Juggernaut appearance- Cain teams up with DC's Mantis against Spider-Man and Wonder Woman. Diana manages to dislodge Cain's helmet, and I guess somwhow makes him vulnerable to physical force because Juggernaut is knocked unconscious when Wonder Woman punches Juggernaut into a speeding Mantis…….whatever.
Uncanny X-Men #333-Psylocke receives a mental cry from the Juggernaut. Juggernaut then runs into Psylocke and Angel.
X-Men #53- Juggernaut knows a secret about Onslaught but a mental block prevents him from telling Psylocke or Angel. Juggernaut freaks and runs out of the cabin he was in. Juggernaut then decides to walk to Westchester.
Uncanny X-Men #334-Juggernaut arrives at the school and trashes Gambit and Bishop. "Is it just me, or do they not make X-Men like they used to?". Juggernaut finds Jean Grey and tells her that he wants her to unlock the secret about Onslaught. To show her good faith he removes his helmet. The two go to a mental blockade in the bottom of the mansion.
X-Men #54- Jean Grey unlocks the secret of Onslaught and tells Cain to run for his life because Onslaught is in the building. Juggernaut runs but can't find his way out. Cain recognizes Professor X's door and goes in. Onslaught grabs Juggernaut and rips the gem from the Juggernaut's chest leaving him mortal and very vulnerable.
Onslaught:X-Men - Jean Grey, who now knows Professor X is Onslaught, notices the Crimson Ruby of Cyttorak. If she looked closer she would notice Juggernaut trapped with the gem.
X-Men Unlimited #12- Dr. Strange discovers what happened to Juggernaut. Within the gem Spite shows Cain Marko a false life where Cain was crippled before he gained his powers. Gomurr the Ancient frees him from the false reality. Gomurr walks Cain through his past. The way his own father favored Cain, and the bad things Cain would do to get his attention. The time when Cain in a tantrum caused the accident that killed his father. Spite show Juggernaut illusions to tempt him to stay in the gem. Spite simply set up Cain. Cyttorak wants to inhabit Cain's body and leave the gem. Cyttorak and Cain fight. Cyttorak beats Cain badly, but Cain refuses to submit. Gomurr and his friend Tar fix it so that Juggernaut can now use Cyttorak's power against him. Cain defeats Cyttorak and leaves the gem more powerful than ever.
Juggernaut one shot-Spite, the demon from inside the gem of Cyttorak , poses as a girl named Alex and picks up the Juggernaut. She begins complaining about the brother. Cain sympathizes because he hates his brother too. Spite gets Juggernaut to fight her brother. Her brother, the demon D'sparye, poses as Black Tom Cassidy to expose "Alex" as Spite. D'Sparye begins to feed upon the Juggernaut absorbing his power because of all the despair in Cain's life. Except Cain won't die. He explains that he has been dealing with despair his whole life, and he uses despair to make hate. Hate fuels Juggernaut. D'Sparye drains Cain until he is only a skeleton wearing the Juggernaut helmet, yet he keeps coming. Spite attacks from behind absorbing all of Cain's power from her brother and uses it to cast her brother into the portal back. Spite gives Juggernaut his power back as thanks for not giving up the fight.

Peter Parker, Spider-Man #84-
Juggernaut
is trying to sell the sword he got from "War" to help
make money to get Black Tom cured. Juggernaut runs into
Spider-Man and figures he must take care of him now because
Spider-Man is trying to stop him (actually it was just a unhappy
coincidence). Devon, a kid from the neighborhood, tries to help
Spidey by taking Cain's sword. Juggernaut then chases down Spidey
and causing serious property damage until the sword is returned.
When it is returned Cain leaves to sell the sword.
X-Men #70-Cain show up with his lawyer to lay claim to the Xavier estate since the Professor is now longer able to maintain it. Cain gets upset when he is snubbed so he starts to wreck the place. Cain stops when he finds out Cyclops has a bomb inside him. Juggernaut decides to leave, but not before laughing at the lame-o who is Maggot.
X-Men Forever #2- Juggernaut is seen stealing money as he emerges from the huge hole in the wall he put there. Later Cain is up to four thousand, two hundred and fifty two dollars when his “present” mind (after Avengers vol. 3 #25 and before Generation X #60) transfers out of the “past’s” body. Cain says that he remembers losing count at that point in his own past.
Uncanny X-Men #361-Black Tom, finally all healed up, calls on the X-Men to help Cain. He explains that Cain was lured back to Korea with the promise of a second gem of Cyttorak. Both to get the power for himself and to keep it from others Cain decides to go get it. The second gem was empty until the thieves charged it with Cain's power. Cain is steadily losing power, but is still a force. Those who took the power pose more of a threat to the world than Cain so Storm, Shadowcat, and Gambit help Juggernaut regain his power.
X-Men #88- A being named Ejulp, sent by Black Tom, teleports the X-Men to help Juggernaut. When Juggernaut reabsorbed the power of Cyttorak he became possessed by the evil spirit of Cyttorak. Juggernaut's power was so amplified that he began tearing through dimensional barriers. In this dimension when Professor X and Wolverine touch Prof merges into Wolvie's body. Nightcrawler and Kitty return when they find a gigantic Juggernaut tearing through a dimensional wall.
Uncanny X-Men #369- When Wolverine jumps into the
mouthpiece of Juggernaut's helmet Wolverine and Prof. X are freed
from each other. They encounter a being masquerading as Cain.
They find the real Cain cowering under the staircase. Professor
tries to restore Cain's confidence. The false Juggernaut finds
them, but as soon as the attacking entity touches Cain he again
regains the power of the Juggernaut and destroys the being
controlling Cain's mind.
Iron Man #21- (not really a Juggernaut appearance but a prequel to the Eighth Day)
Iron Man #22- (Again not a Juggernaut appearance but shows the creation of many Juggernaut-like beings that will show the nature of the Juggernaut's powers). Cyttorak, along with seven other gods, entered a wager to have their totem battle each other to prove who's creator was the most powerful. But just before their fight they would cause the end of the world.
Peter Parker Spider-Man #11- Spidey notices the God Machine under the Daily Bugle where Cain and the other Exemplars are. Spidey escapes and brings Iron Man, Thor, and Professor X's mental form back. Spidey stops the Machine. Bedlam pulls Professor X's body through his mental form. Stonecutter forms a new plan at the North pole. The Exemplars defeat Thor, Iron Man, and Spider-Man.
Juggernaut: The Eighth Day- At the north pole Professor X manages to get into Cain's mind to help Cain fight Cyttorak to break the influence that Cyttorak is having on him. Cain is nobody's puppet, and since Earth is where Cain keeps all his stuff he decides to defy the Exemplars. He makes sure to take out Bedlam quick so she cannot defeat him with her psychic attacks. Cain then breaks the God Machine freeing the heroes. Cain and the heroes fight the Exemplars. Stonecutter wants to set off the God Machine off internally. Bedlam, now awake, gets hold of Cain. Stonecutter activates the machine. When Stonecutter says Cain is Cyttorak's Cain freaks saying he is no one's. Cain and Stonecutter lock in a hold so strong no outside force can influence them. Cain pushes Stonecutter into the machine which sends the eight Exemplars off to different corners of the globe ending the conflict.
Avengers #23- behind the scenes- Carnivore team back up with Decay, Conquest, and Stonecutter. They are re-uniting to go after Juggernaut for his betrayal.
Avengers #24- Juggernaut runs through the alleys trying to get to Avengers mansion. He can sense the Exemplars getting closer to him. The Avengers take off to defeat a giant stone construct that is moving through the city wrecking buildings and injuring those below with the rubble. Juggernaut finally finds the Avengers, but it's too late as Juggernaut is surrounded by a whirlwind. Inferno blasts with energy stunning Cain. Stonecutter blasts him with a kinetic burst causing him to lose his helmet. Bedlam hits him with a mindstorm of psychic pain. The seven Exemplars warn the Avengers to butt out, and take Juggernaut up to the floating arena in the sky.
Avengers #25- As Stonecutter holds Cain in a stasis beam the Exemplars pronounce his death sentence. Cain says that the beam won't hold him. Stonecutter needs time to sever Cyttorak's protection so that they can kill him. Bedlam blasts him again knocking him out. The Avengers prepare to take on the Exemplars. Hercules, Spider-Man, and Nova join them for the mission. Iron Man's machine, along with Thor's hammer, manages to break through the force field around the arena. The Avengers fight the Exemplars. Cain watches in disbelief as the Avengers fight for him. The Exemplars defeat all except Captain America. Cap comes out to talk to them. He tries to make them see that planned world devastation will not benfit the person they are inside, only their benefactor in the Octesence. Cap gets through to Bedlam, with that the Exemplars fly away in their floating arena. As thanks for their help Cain goes peacefully into incarceration.
X-Men Forever #1- The entity known as Prosh (from his two names Professor and Ship) visits the Juggernaut in Seagate prison disguised as Cain’s father. He says that he is his lawyer, but when Cain sits down on the other end of the glass he says that he didn’t hire a lawyer much less one disguised as his dead father. Cain says that he has decided to stay in prison for a bit to figure some things out about himself. Cain tells Prosh that whatever game he is playing he isn’t interested in. Prosh apologizes but says that he has no choice in the matter. Prosh’s eye beams teleport Cain from prison. Later Cain is waiting with Jean Grey, Mystique, and Iceman as Prosh returns with Toad. Cain asks if that is who they were waiting for. Prosh tells them that the five of them will be responsible for the future course of mutantkind on earth and as a result the direction of human destiny. Prosh explains that the universe is watching earth and the geometric growth of mutantkind. The universe is worried that the human race might evolve so much that it will replace them in the very structure of reality. Prosh says that they will not allow that to happen and will eventually act. Prosh says that Jean has touched the fundamental force and survived the encounter. He says that Iceman represents the untapped potential of mutant evolution. Mystique is the mystery and fear humans have of mutants. Toad manifests mutation as an aberration and the manipulations of humans to control that process. Cain represents the jealousy and insecurity human feel towards mutants. Cain says, “Oh bull…” Prosh says that he needs them to see yesterday and understand how it became the present. He says that then they can see how today will become tomorrow. They will be transported into their bodies of the past. Cain says that if it isn’t coming for millions of years then who cares? Prosh asks “if not now, when?” Prosh sends them back.
X-Men Forever #4- After he breaks through the mountain that buried him in the past, Prosh mentally connects all the time travelers as he can sense that Jean Grey is trying to anyway. They still don’t see the pattern of all these things that they’ve relived, but Prosh assures them that there is a specific pattern. They start to jump to the next scene backward in time, but Jean Grey and Iceman aren’t born yet and have no place to go. After that jump, they make another jump backwards in time and see the history of mankind and the very beginning of mutations by the Celestials. Finally they make a leap into the future where Sentinels are hunting them.
X-Men Forever #5- In the year 2014, Cain Marko wakes up three miles away from Sentinels who are killing his fellow time travelers Mystique, Toad, and Iceman. He is without his armor, but he flies over on his V-Wing flier, and starts blasting with his weapons. Cain gets surrounded by Sentinels, but suddenly they freeze and fall into pieces. Iceman was half dissolved, but apparently that wasn’t enough to kill him. He stands above Cain reforming. Cain actually compliments Iceman on his cool powers. They are back at the secret mutant research lab that was run by Amanda Meuller that Cain was at when he was sixteen. Cain says that Amanda, the Black Womb, has kept herself alive for a long time by dissecting mutants. Cain and Iceman check in with Jean Grey, who is in the body of Rachael Summers. They wonder again what is to be learned in this timeline, but they disappear. They appear before Prosh as a collective again. Prosh asks them if they want to know what they were supposed to have learned and what they are doing there. Prosh starts to ask them leading questions. Cain asks why they don’t just admit that they’re stupid humans, and just have Prosh spell it out for them. Toad is wandering around and notices something. Prosh says that he is angry and disappointed in all of them. He says that he has walked a fine line between what he had to do, and what he will have to do. Finally they see that Prosh is being controlled by an outside force and that he is the threat they face. They start fighting against dozens of Prosh bodies. Mystique realizes that Prosh was trying to get the five of them to team up and share their knowledge to defeat their foe. Iceman freezes the entire ship of Prosh. Toad is wandering and discovers the truth- the Stranger is manipulating Prosh. He runs to warn the others, but as he gets to the others Stranger blasts Toad in the back and says that they have all been his pawns.
X-Men Forever #6- Stranger calls them all gnats as he uses eye blasts on Juggernaut. Iceman says that they have to keep Toad alive after Stranger nearly killed him. Mystique and Juggernaut say that they don’t have time to worry about him. Iceman says that they are all supposed to be pieces of the bigger picture and that includes Toad. Iceman says that Toad might be the most important one there because of his knowledge of the Stranger’s ship. Iceman freezes Stranger’s lower half and Juggernaut shatters it as he runs through it. Stranger reforms himself again. Cain’s mind reels as Stranger unfolds the cosmic knowledge upon he and Jean Grey. Jean says that Cain is only human. Iceman and Mystique take off with Toad to the medical facilities. Stranger shows Jean how humanity will evolve into Eternity. Toad is cured and he purges Stranger’s virus out of Prosh. Jean wakes Cain up and tells him that they need some separation as Stranger has her in the palm of his hand. Cain dives right into Stranger’s face and knocks him over. Juggernaut rips open the ship as the others fight Stranger. Everyone leaps out of the ship. Prosh exiles himself with Stranger inside. Prosh’s displacement creates a vacuum. Juggernaut grabs Toad. Toad grabs Mystique. The vacuum dies down and Cain asks, “What now?” Two weeks later at Seagate Prison Juggernaut cuts a deal with the CSA to get a sentence reduction in exchange for becoming the CSA’s superhuman bounty hunter. Ms. Yama asks Cain if he understands the conditions of the arrangement. Cain says that he better since it was his idea.
Generation X #60- Cordelia Frost comes running to Generation X for help against Mondo. Generation X fights Mondo, who betrayed the team to Black Tom. When they defeat him Black Tom and the Juggernaut appear.
Generation X #61- Juggernaut fights the team while Black Tom fights with Sean Cassidy. Cain grabs Skin. But he slides out if his grip. Chamber actually hurts Juggernaut. Chamber unloads on Juggernaut, but Cain keeps getting closer and closer. There is a blast, and when the smoke clears Juggernaut holds the unconscious Chamber in one hand. Emma Frost uses her power on Black Tom. She gets Tom to blast Juggernaut, but it has no effect. Cain sets Tom aside and claps his hands together. The shockwave knocks out the entire team. When they awaken they find themselves bound by Mondo earth powers. Tom tells them that despite what they think the team never met Mondo before. Tom reveals that Cordelia tried to buy her way into the Inner Circle by giving them Mondo, whom she'd befriended and captured. But Tom, posed as Barrington, took Mondo and replaced him with a clone. That clone was the one Cordelia had Generation X rescue. Skin gets loose and Penance, who wasn't around before, frees the others. Penance breaks off Cain's helmet. Sean Cassidy grabs the inner helmet off. Emma Frost mind blasts him. With Juggernaut down Black Tom has Mondo encase them in Earth to make their getaway.
Cyclops #1- Cyclops is ordered to take some time off from the X-Men. He goes out riding on his motorcycle through the snow. Eventually he has to stop and goes to a motel. The check in woman is flirting with Cyclops when Juggernaut and Black Tom smash in the wall. Cyclops suggests they take this outside. Juggernaut tells Cyclops to go first and throws Cyclops through a window. Cyclops unloads on Juggernaut with a full force optic blast, but Juggernaut doesn’t even feel it. Black Tom takes shots at Cyclops, but keeps missing. Cyclops shoots an optic blast behind Juggernaut and Black Tom and hits a truck causing it to explode. Tom is hurt in the explosion. Juggernaut gets ticked that Cyclops hurt his friend. Cyclops starts running. Black Tom tells Cain to get after him. Juggernaut, with tears in his eyes, stomps after Cyclops. Juggernaut claps his hands and the force knocks Cyclops to the ground. Juggernaut says that Cyclops thought he could outsmart him, but that he has changed. Juggernaut says that he even duped the government into thinking that he would work for them. Juggernaut says that he has plans now, and that killing Cyclops is going to help him start it. Cain asks if Cyclops has any last words. Cyclops says that he is glad Juggernaut doesn’t float. Cyclops blasts the ice under Cain’s feet. Cain sinks into the water below. Cyclops goes to Black Tom and demands to know who he is working for. Black Tom is going to be out in two seconds. Cyclops threatens Black Tom, but then Juggernaut is indeed out and has the check in woman. Cyclops blasts Tom’s head with a glancing blow. He bluffs Juggernaut to put the woman down or he is going to kill Tom. Cain lets the woman go and tells Cyclops that a guy named Ulysses hired them. He says that Ulysses was going to pay them two million dollars to kill him. Cyclops asks if Cain was just in it for the money why didn’t he just beat the guy up and take the money. Juggernaut says that Ulysses scared him (sigh). Cyclops hands Black Tom back to Juggernaut and tells him to go back to Ulysses and say that they did kill him.
Cyclops #2- Cyclops is stowed away on the plane that Juggernaut and Black Tom are riding back to Ulysses. The plane is on autopilot. Black Tom is telling Cain that their employer didn’t pay them to let Cyclops get away. Cain asks if he was just supposed to let Cyclops kill him. Ulysses rings in and Tom tells Cain to be quiet. Black Tom lies and says that they “neutralized” Cyclops. Tom asks about payment, but Ulysses says that the only payment mercenaries like them deserve is death. Ulysses cuts the power to the jet. Cyclops reveals himself and tells Cain to hold Tom as close to him as possible and they should survive the bail out. Black Tom asks Cyclops what he is going to do. Cyclops says that he is going to try to keep the plane up and go after Ulysses. Tom tells Cyclops that Ulysses has a base in Paraguay. Juggernaut and Black Tom leap out of the plane together.
