Fantastic Four #53-flashback- Klaw arrives in Wakanda. He says that everyone thought he was crazy when he said that Vibranium existed. Klaw says that Vibranium is the one element he needs to power his sound transformer. The sound transformer will change the basic energy of sound into and form he desires. Klaw orders T’Chaka to surrender the Vibranium mound to him. T’Chaka says that the land is theirs. He says “So speaks T’Chaka”. Klaw says that T’Chaka will speak no more then. Klaw has T’Chaka gunned down. T’Challa vows vengeance. He knocks out one of Klaw’s men that has the sound blaster. T’Challa catches up with Klaw to find that he has torched his village. T’Challa starts blasting away with the sound blaster. Klaw is about to shoot at T’Challa, but T’Challa shoots the sound blaster and destroys Klaw’s hand. Klaw’s men start running. Klaw says that he will be back and that the Vibranium will be his.

Black Panther vol. 3 #5- flashback- Ulysses Klaw arrives in Wakanda in helicopters. The helicopters open fire upon T’Chaka and the wakandan troops. T’Challa shouts and runs towards his father. Klaw posed as an ivory hunter, but that he was really a geologist that was tracking a meteor that he believed would have unique qualities. Klaw tried to buy the land from T’Chaka, but when T’Chaka refused Klaw came back with an army of mercenaries. Ulysses stands studying the Vibranium as his armies slaughter then Wakandan people. One of his underlings, a man named Elliot, is shouting at him that they have to get out of there. Klaw draws his gun and shoots the man dead. Klaw activates the machine he was working on called a Sound Blaster. The Sound Blaster transformed sound into “solidified sound”. Klaw kills T’Chaka right in front of T’Challa. Klaw wipes out an abundance of Wakandans. After the slaughter is over Ulysses says to his men, “Recharge the sound blaster. Destroy the village. Bury Elliot. I’m going up to get the mining started.” Later as Klaw is having his camp set up T’Challa grabs the Sound Blaster, before it is properly recharged, and starts blasting away. T’Challa blows off Klaw’s hand, and shoots down the helicopters. The Sound Blaster is destroyed. Klaw says that T’Challa shattered his hand and cost him his men, but that he will return and that the Vibranium will be his.

Fantastic Four #53- As the Black Panther is beginning to tell the Fantastic Four the story of how Klaw killed his father two members of Wakanda’s territorial patrol come across massive destruction. All the animals and plants have been killed. A giant red gorilla stands behind them. They shoot the gorilla and it explodes. When the men look up they see a giant red elephant ripping up and throwing trees. Black Panther tells his story and then the alarm goes off. He says that Klaw has returned. Another giant red gorilla is advancing. The Wakandans fire upon it, but the gorilla absorbs the power of the blast and then redirects it back at them. The Fantastic Four offer to help T’Challa, though he tells them that this is his battle. Human Torch flies up to the gorilla and notices that it has no hair. Thing charges when the gorilla grabs the Human Torch. The gorilla uses Torch’s heat and uses it against the Thing. Thing gets close enough and punches the gorilla causing it to let Torch go. A sonic boom blasts Thing and Torch backward. Reed tells them that they are fighting a sound construct. While the Fantastic Four battle the gorilla the Black Panther finds Klaw just as he is about to launch his main attack. Panther says that he has waited for this day. Klaw says that it is Black Panther that will fall today. He says that it is because of him that he now carries a weapon where his hand used to be. Klaw creates a black panther to attack the Black Panther. Klaw is stunned to see Black Panther actually winning. He dissolves the panther and says that he will use his sound powered force glove to change the basic structure of Panther’s body. He says that then the Vibranium will be his. Black Panther says that won’t be as long as one tribesman lives. Klaw says that they must all die starting with him then. Panther had thrown a lever and Klaw’s converter starts to explode. Panther runs out before the cave explodes. Panther stands outside and says that his father is finally avenged. Klaw is still alive within. He says that his life’s work has been ruined. He says that his converter still contains a glimmer of energy. Klaw says that there is one challenge that he never dared accept. Klaw says that he never learned what would happen if a human altered his own basic structure via his sound transformer. Klaw dives in. He says that if he survives he will have the power to defeat the Black Panther.

Fantastic Four #56

Avengers #54- Jarvis leaves Avengers mansion with the secret information on the mansion’s security measures. He enters an abandoned building downtown and finds the interior much higher security than the outside would lead one to believe. The doors open and Jarvis comes face to face with the new Masters of Evil. Klaw, Radioactive Man, Whirlwind, Melter, Black Knight, and the Crimson Cowl. Radioactive Man thinks it is a trap. As they smooth it over Klaw says that he is sick of all this talking, and that if they don’t go against the Avengers soon that he is going to go out and seek his own vengeance. He says that he couldn’t care less about the Avengers and that he is only interested in getting back at the Black Panther. Klaw says that perhaps his will start by killing Black Panther’s butler. Jarvis says that he is only there to help them. Crimson Cowl tells him to calm down, and that he has devised an infallible plan. Jarvis hands over the security floor plans. Cowl gasses Jarvis for payment. He tells the Masters of Evil to meet at midnight for their attack. Black Knight goes to betray the Masters of Evil to the Avengers, but Cowl suspected as much and has Klaw and the others attack him. The Masters are forced to attack right away because Black Knight'’ horse gets away and warns Hawkeye. Melter knocks out Hawkeye. Whirlwind knocks out Black Panther. Klaw bursts into Wasp’s room. Klaw says that he told the Cowl that his talents were wasted on a girl, and that he doesn’t even need to use a sonic blast on her. Wasp uses judo to flip Klaw. Wasp shrinks down, but as she flies away to warn the others, Klaw slams the door shut and she knocks herself unconscious flying into it. Radioactive Man defeats Giant-Man. Later Melter is teasing Klaw about fighting a girl. Klaw tells Melter not to let a victory over an addle brained archer go to his head or he will show him what true power is. The Masters contact Crimson Cowl on the view screen. Crimson Cowl reveals that he is “really” Jarvis.

Avengers #55- The Masters of Evil take off from Avengers mansion in a ship. The Avengers are unconscious and will be held in check by lasers if they awaken. Wasp is being held in a little container. She says that nobody has ever counted out the Avengers before and that they won’t either. Radioactive Man says that Wasp brings up a good point and asks why they shouldn’t just kill the Avengers now. Klaw says that the Cowl has plans for them, and that he doesn’t intend to cross him. Klaw says not to kick a winner. Klaw says that it is time to contact Cowl visually and that Radioactive Man can ask Cowl himself if he has the nerve. Cowl appears and says that he has already heard everything. Klaw thinks to himself how odd it is that he is still intimidated by the Cowl though he knows it is only Jarvis. The ship arrives at the base and sinks below ground as the ground separates to let them in. Klaw tells Melter to inform Cowl that he will bring him the Avengers on a mobile platform to make sure nothing goes wrong. Klaw is transporting them on the platform when Goliath breaks out and grabs Klaw. Crimson Cowl is there and gasses Goliath unconscious. Cowl yells at Klaw and says that he calls himself a Master of Evil, and yet he cannot handle the job of a child. Klaw says that nobody talks to him that way and that he is going to kill Cowl for that. Klaw completely unloads on Cowl, but Cowl just stands there unharmed. Klaw says that the blast would have destroyed the Thing and yet Cowl is unaffected. Cowl says that he is going to off Klaw with lethal gas, but Klaw begs for his life and Cowl lets him live. Cowl shows them all his new hydrogen bomb. He says that they will put the Avengers in the bomb and then hang it above the Empire State Building in order to blackmail the city. When the Avengers wake up inside Cowl reveals to them and to the Masters that he isn’t really Jarvis, but Ultron-5. Jarvis escapes and gets word to the Black Knight. Black Knight finds the ship and breaks in. He frees the Avengers and the fight is back on. Black Panther knocks Melter into Radioactive Man. Klaw says that they are both weak. Klaw blasts at the Avengers. Hawkeye hits Klaw in the face. Klaw is falling to the ground and the Black Panther leaps up to kick Klaw in the face.

Avengers #126- flashback- Klaw is seen being dragged away by Rudyardian police. Inside the jails Klaw is beaten by the guards.

Avengers #126- Mr. Ronald Pershing, an ambassador from the country of Rudyarda (who once jailed the Black Panther for his skin color), comes to Panther and the Avengers for help. He says that each member of his embassy has been threatened with death by sound and fire. He says that they laughed it off, but this more found the gardener burned to cinders. Swordsman, Scarlet Witch, Black Panther, Vision, and Mantis rush out to help him only to come face to face with a giant Klaw and Solaar. Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America rush out when they hear the attack. Klaw has the five Avengers and the ambassador inside a sound bubble. Klaw has Solaar in a sound bubble right above them. Thor throws his hammer at Klaw, but it passes through him as Klaw explains that this is just a sound image, but that it is enough to get his demands met. He tells them of the abuses he suffered at the hands of the Rudyarda government. Klaw says that he will have his vengeance, but first he wants to be able to have diplomatic immunity so he can’t be convicted of his crimes. Klaw tells Black Panther to abdicate his throne so he can become ruler of Wakanda. Klaw orders him to do this or Solaar will kill the hostages one by one. Solaar blasts the ambassador. Klaw’s image fades and says that the ambassador was first, and if panther doesn’t agree within the hour one of the women dies. The Avengers try to break the bubble but fail. Black Panther says that Klaw must be within a twenty-block radius. He suggests to Iron Man that Tony Stark might have something that could find him. They find readings near the UN. Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America are attacked by sound panthers. As the others are away Pershing keeps pressuring Panther to abdicate. They return having not found Klaw. Panther says that he was so sure that Klaw would be nearby. Suddenly Panther attacks Pershing. He pulls off his fake hand that was holding a briefcase (even when he was blasted “near death”). Panther dodges Klaw and Solaar’s blasts as he jumps onto the briefcase that holds Klaw’s power source. The bubbles collapse and Klaw and Solaar are knocked out (possibly from feedback).

Kazar vol. 2 #14- When one of Kazar’s friends inexplicably goes mad the geologist that is hanging out in the Savage Land with Kazar suggests that the vibranium deposit near the northern boundary might have something to do with it. Kazar heads to the outside world for help. In London, as Kazar is holding a press conference to appeal for scientific aid Klaw is flying towards the hotel in what look like a UFO. Klaw is speaking with his associate who is flying the ship. Klaw says that he will send a sound construct in to flush Kazar outside. Tandy Snow interrupts the inane questions of the other reporters and asks Kazar why he is there. Kazar tells her about the vibranium and the possible madness. Tandy Snow suggests Peter Harkins. Suddenly a sonic panther leaps through the window. As Zabu fights the thing Kazar looks out the window to see Klaw. Klaw tells him to come out and fight him or he will level the entire hotel. Madness seems to consume Kazar and he leaps out the window. Klaw blasts him point blank, but Kazar gets up. Kazar is wearing a vibranium belt buckle, which protected him. Klaw is disoriented and runs. Kazar follows Klaw into the Imperial War Museum. Tandy Snow follows them. As they fight an errant blast from Klaw knocks a plane that is suspended from the ceiling down and onto Tandy Snow. Kazar is furious and rips Klaw’s blaster off. Kazar runs to help Tandy while a tentacle wraps around Klaw and pulls him up to the ship. The pilot notes the damage, but Klaw says that he can fix it in minutes. Klaw tells him to get out of there before the police arrive.

Kazar #15- flashback- Klaw asks Shauran where he is going. He says that he thought Shauran wanted him to kill Kazar. Shauran asks about the damage to his blaster. Klaw shows him that it is already fixed. Shauran says that there are too many people down there, and that his people don’t know the effects of human weapons yet. Shauran says that Klaw’s power is too valuable to them as well because they need him to open the dimensional gateway. Shauran says that they should head back to the Savage Land before Kazar. Klaw says that Shauran is acting like a coward, but he is running the show. Klaw says that he isn’t letting Kazar off that easily though.

Kazar #15- Klaw sends out a sonic pterodactyl at Kazar as the ship flies away. Before he heads back to the Savage Land Kazar talks to Tandy Snow. She introduces him to her friend, now named Kirk Marston. He thinks the vibranium might cause an inner ear problem that might cause madness. It is decided that they all fly back to the Savage Land. Later Klaw says that he doesn’t see what is so great about the Savage Land. Shauran says that it will serve as a gateway foe his people to invade Earth. Klaw reminds Shauran that he was promised a big position in the conquest. Shauran says that with the changes his technology made to Klaw’s blaster he should be able to open the gateway. Klaw starts to blast the giant vibranium deposit. The mountain disappears and the gateway opens. The aliens start to come through. Klaw sees all their hardware coming through and says that they don’t mess around. Kazar returns but the invasion has begun.

Kazar #16- As Kazar and the others fight off the aliens a red hand spins Kazar around and strikes him. Kazar sees Klaw and attacks him, but when he kicks Klaw back he explodes. The real Klaw stands above them all on a rock. He says that he was just having a little fun at Kazar’s expense and that it was just a sound clone. Klaw notes that certain sounds can shatter glass and others he has shown shatter rock. He says that somewhere between the two is a sound that can shatter a human skull. Klaw says that if they don’t surrender now that he will use that sound. He says that his allies want to take them alive, but he would much rather kill them all. Kazar and the others surrender. Klaw is rubbing it in when one of the aliens says that Klaw doesn’t need to talk so much. Klaw asks him who he thinks he is. He says that he is Saxtur the commander. Klaw says that he doesn’t care and that nobody tells him what to do. Kazar uses the distraction to escape. Later Klaw is standing guard over the other humans. Tandy asks him why he is working for them. Klaw says that he is doing it for money and power. He says that when they conquer the planet that they will make him the king of the world. Marston asks why they are keeping them alive. Klaw says that his allies think they have some knowledge they will need before taking over the world. Suddenly an arrow shoots one of the alien’s weapons out of his hand. Zabu grabs the fallen weapon and runs off. Klaw starts looking out for where the arrow was shot. Kazar sneaks up from the other way and frees the captives. He gives them weapons as well. Klaw turns when the alien’s ship is set ablaze by a flaming arrow. Kazar dives into Klaw’s back. Kazar knocks Klaw to the ground. Kazar learns how the aliens got there, and that soon the aliens’ technology will be great enough that they don’t need Klaw. Kazar holds a knife to Klaw’s throat and tells him that he had better only blast the vibranium mountain. Klaw opens the portal and then Kazar smashes Klaw’s blaster again. Kazar and the others travel into the other dimension.

Fantastic Four #326- Klaw is part of the Wizard’s new Frightful Four. He is training with Hydro-Man and Titania. Hydro-Man is showing how his powers dissipate Klaw’s effect. Klaw says that Hydro-Man shouldn’t be confused that Klaw couldn’t find a sound that would turn Hydro-Man to mist. Wizard breaks up their bickering. Hydro-Man teases Klaw about losing to Daredevil. Klaw says that he was still recovering from having his brain torn apart in the Secret Wars. Wizard says that he has lured Reed Richards back to the Fantastic Four headquarters and that they are now ready to attack. Klaw and Hydro-Man crash into the building. Klaw blasts Ms. Marvel while Hydro-Man blasts Thing. Susan Richards puts a force field around them, but when Titania punches Thing, Klaw feels her concentration lapse and blasts her. When the Wizard arrives he introduces the new Frightful Four. Klaw is blasting Ms. Marvel, but when she hits him his blast goes wide and hits the Wizard. Hydro-Man bails them out. Klaw forms a giant elephant and he and Titania smash Thing from opposite sides. Thing flies into a device that turns him back into Ben Grimm.

Fantastic Four #327- Klaw is battling Invisible Woman as Ben Grimm wonders how he managed to change from the Thing. Klaw finds that his sonic rhino can’t penetrate her force field. Klaw sees Franklin and Alicia. He holds his blaster to Franklin’s head. Franklin blasts at Klaw with a mind thrust. Invisible Woman starts whipping the Frightful Four around with her force field. Wizard activates control of the defense systems and creates a diversion. The Frightful Four gets away. Back at their hideout the Frightful Four are shouting at each other. Hydro-Man admits that they all stunk. Wizard tells everyone to leave him alone while he tries to think what to do next. Wizard calls in his other new member. Reed Richards manages to track their hideout and the Fantastic Four attack them in their building. Klaw blasts at Reed Richards, but he misses and hits Ms. Marvel. Reed hits Klaw with “vibranium knuckles”. The Frightful Four is about to go down when the Fantastic Four suddenly collapse. Wizard’s new “members” have arrived: Aron the Watcher and Dragon Man.

Fantastic Four #328- Klaw stands with Wizard and the other Frightful Five stand over the defeated Fantastic Four. Wizard tells Aron the Watcher that it is time to end the Fantastic Four’s lives. Aron says that he has other plans for them. Wizard says that all plans there are his. Aron says that he takes a contrary view. As Aron and Wizard argue Titania tells Klaw to be ready. Wizard attacks and Aron has Dragon Man fight them. The Frightful Four defeat Dragon Man, but then Aron snaps his fingers and knocks them all down. Wizard admits that Aron has power and threatens to tell Uatu where he is. Aron says that he will kill him if he does that. Aron leaves with his tissue samples. Wizard is left with the Fantastic Four. Hydro-Man says that they should kill them now. Wizard doesn’t take his own advice and decides that he wants to torture them first. Titania reminds Wizard of what he just said, but he blows her off. Later the human Ben Grimm finds the Frightful Four. He leaps in and knocks the Wizard out cold with a kick. Klaw tries to blast Grimm, but Grimm is wearing Vibranium knuckles. Grimm gets Klaw to blast Titania, and then punches him with the knuckles. Grimm frees the Fantastic Four. The Fantastic Four are leading the defeated Frightful Four out when Aron returns with his cloned Fantastic Four.

Fantastic Four #329- Aron the Watcher has the original Fantastic Four and the Frightful Four prisoners inside stasis tubes.

Fantastic Four #333- The Frightful Four are fighting the Fantastic Four when Aron’s pawns arrive. The two Fantastic Fours are fighting over which one are real. Klaw says that he doesn’t even know what to do. They stand by watching the fight. The real Fantastic Four wind up winning and spot the Frightful Four running for it. Ms. Marvel hits the ground and knocks them off their feet. Aron the Watcher has seen the light and transports the Frightful Four to the maximum-security prison and freezes his Fantastic clones.

Fantastic Four annual #24- flashback- After Klaw falls to the ground AIM comes by investigating. They find him and bring him to one of their headquarters. There they repair the damage done to him while inserting a device that will destroy Klaw if he defies them.

Fantastic Four annual #24- AIM takes note that a beam identified as a part of the Cosmic Cube has beamed in over Colorado. They send Klaw to check out and see if the beam was the return of Owen Reese. Their suspicions are confirmed and they notice that Owen Reese no longer has the power of the Molecule Man after he became part of the Cosmic Cube. They want to capture him hoping to be able to create the Cosmic Cube. They tell Klaw to take Owen alive, but that Marsha (Volcana) is expendable. Klaw greets his former teammates. Marsha says that if Klaw has hurt Owen that he will be in big trouble. Klaw grabs her and throws her out the hole in the wall he just made. Marsha turns into her stone self before she hits the ground. Klaw is about to make off with Owen when Volcana starts throwing debris at him. Klaw creates a sound-warrior to deal with her. Volcana gets blasted back when she attacks the sound-warrior. Klaw explains that her blows are echoed back at her, but that the sound-warrior itself is impervious to her attacks. Volcana hits the sound-warrior with its own weapon and that hurts it. Klaw blasts Volcana in the back. Klaw then blasts her with something called “cohesive sound”. It is a substance that grows on her as it collects more nearby sounds. Volcana turns human hoping to stop the noise. Klaw is about to kill her when he is blasted in the back by an AIM construct. They say that after viewing her that they have changed their minds and that she might be of use to them. Volcana becomes ash and attacks Klaw. Volcana tells Owen to use his powers, but Owen reminds her that he doesn’t have his powers anymore. Klaw blasts Volcana away. Volcana starts to glow and an odd power surge gives Owen his powers back. Klaw shields himself from the explosion, but the Aim camera goes down. Molecule Man places Klaw in a vacuum tank. Klaw blasts out of his cage by turning his ambient sound into a body of solid sound. Klaw blasts out and starts blasting at them, but Molecule Man constructs shields. Molecule Man dissolves Klaw’s blaster. Klaw says that he doesn’t need his blaster to attack and pulverizes Molecule Man with a giant burst. Volcana runs to Owen’s side, but Klaw grabs her hand and blows her into pieces as well. Freed of AIM’s control because their blaster was destroyed Klaw walks away a free agent. He says that he will get AIM for messing with him.
