Shanzar

Shanzar is from the Strange Matter universe. Infinitely more dense that our dimension, and considered to be more efficient than us some believe that the Strange Matter universe has more right to exist than we do. First among them is Shanzar. Shanzar was the Sorcerer Supreme of his dimension, the same way that Dr. Strange is here, but he has been at it for millennium. Shanzar found governing all those people was annoying so he decided to kill them all. Now however Shanzar is bored and he needs new challenges.
